I swam for what felt like forever, any thought that I had in my head was now gone and all I could feel was the warm water surrounding me. I was at peace.
The corners of my vision were slowly fading to an off-white color as I sat under the water with my lungs slightly aching from the lack of air, I tried to ignore the ache and focused on my surroundings. The pale shimmering white was slowly surrounding my body, it seemed familiar yet felt out of place. I looked all around me to see that the moonlight was shining directly above me now and bathing me in its light. A warm feeling was growing from my chest and slowly spreading to the rest of my body as I seemingly absorbed the delicate rays that gently caressed my body and kissed my skin.
