The play starts from a girl called Sarah who lost her parents in is young age, so she couldn't even recognize her parents.Her mother friend took her in after her father family rejected her and took over the property because they said they didn't wanted her father to marry their mother in the first place but still went ahead to marry each other and they gave birth to a girl not a son ,so she didn't deserve anything from them.Vut her mother friend took her in and made her his daughter because she couldn't gave birth and all the husband she always marry sent her away because of her barrenness.So she focused in raising Sarah despite the hardship, she run a small canteen. After some years Sarah was getting mature she is 17 years old, and she wrote examination to enter school when she scored excellent well and gave her a scholarship to study in the best school for free.After she told Kate her foster mother the new she was so happy and overwhelmed that she is so proud of her and she said it in her mind that she didn't regret of taking her in as her daughter. Kate has help her to buy some stuff she needs for school although is not that much that she brought but Sarah appreciated it.The school is not far from the house she can bo coming home from school but it is compulsory for them to live in the hostel they can be coming home during Saturday and go back on Monday.That hostel is not a problem for them because it is a scholarship so it is a free fee, but Kate and Sarah is going to miss each other for they have never leave themselves alone before. Sarah is already leaving for school she pack her clothes in a sack because she didn't have a bag ,her cloth is not that much.kate has already bought h,er some provision to be eating although their is free meals there, but they may be late to give them food something.Kate gave her some advice to remember the daughter she is, she should behave well and teach her self well , Sarah said she has heard all what she says they hugged themselves and started crying.
