Chapter 50 – Unsatisfied Needs
Leaving Dr Liliana Humbles office was all kinds of awkward for Maybell and she sensed that it was equally curious for Isiah, because as much as they both wanted to fix things and just be together that night….they knew that nothing had been resolved. Or at least not enough for either of them to spend the night alone together, so after some light hand holding and hugs goodbye in the front lobby the couple separated and went to their homes separately. But because of the Dr’s dual assignments for both parties Maybell and Isiah thought of each other long into the twilight hours of the next two days.
