This year’s holiday break would be on my list of favorite getaways. Not only because I was with my best friend, but because she made me feel like I had a family in her. Not to mention, I got closer to Arawn Rhys, breaking into his persona and finally understanding him. He made me feel hopeful as the year approached its end. The drive back home felt longer than before, my back was sore from sitting too long, and so were my legs. Home felt lonely now that I had spent four days with Agatha’s family. In a short amount of time, I easily got used to laughing at silly jokes, talking about childhood memories and what the future might be.
