Training was going well as visiting warriors were adapting to our unique techniques and versatile schedule. Endurance is a key factor in winning battles, and while Beta Hector pushed warriors to perform at high levels, change was needed to replace their complacency.
Prior to my arrival, he taught aggressive attacking techniques, but with my guidance, he enforced observational patience where warriors in all levels learned to identify their opponent’s weaknesses before targeting and therefore fighting with purpose, a skill practiced previously only by elite warriors. Together, we also incorporated cross-fit stations with limited breaks, pushing warriors to their limits. The grunts and frustrated howls proved they were good changes.
