Goddess Chosen: Sabrina and Gabriel

(Sabrina's P.O.V.) Sabrina Casmel is a woman of 20 years old. Her life up until now has been anything but easy. She is an 5'6 athletic woman with beautiful blue eyes and long raven black hair usually worn up in a bun. Her style consists of jeans, comfy shirts, and converse sneakers. Sabrina didn't consider herself a tomboy but she wasn't a girly girl either. Her family is her mother and herself. Sabrina's father died when she was sixteen from cancer. Her mother, Joan, has been sad and bitter ever since. Sabrina's brother, Jonas, who was like her best friend, started to change as her father's health started to take a turn for the worse. He became mean and petty. Refusing to help with the care of their father and even bringing trouble, in the form of drugs and weapons, into their home. After her father died, Sabrina and her mother, Joan, try to get away from Jonas and Illinois. They moved to a new town in Oklahoma to start anew. Joan found work taking care of people as a in home nurse. Sabrina found a job as a cashier in a book store, Before and After Books. It was the perfect job. Quiet and reading. She would loath going home every day. Not that she would tell anyone but her mother would make her suffer everyday when she got home from work. Sabrina had to do all the house work and cooking. Nothing was good enough. Her mother became more controlling as time went on. It was nothing but fighting. Half the time Sabrina didn't even know why they were fighting or what it was about. Joan started criticising everything Sabrina did after her father passed. She couldn't do anything right. She missed her father and the person her mother used to be before he passed. It got worse everyday and Sabrina didn't know how to make it stop. Truth was she wanted to get out on her own.
