Episode 110.

In a dark seemingly boundless space, only a lonely figure, blurry as it was, floated in the boundless dark space. Rooted in place as he witnessed a magnificent size that almost none, no one from the past, present or future, had possibly ever witnessed. Perhaps a few had been able to through maybe visions or some other auxiliary methods, but Isaac was faintly sure that none had ever been able to witness the birth of a sun. And what he was witnessing right now was precisely that. He wasn’t witnessing the birth of the nine suns that shone ever radiantly in the sky from the days of genesis. Instead he was witnessing the birth of a sun that he could call his own. It was the instinctive knowledge that he had, that was informing him of precisely what was going on. He was in his soul form, the form and origin of his soul to be precise. And although he had no idea how exactly things had occurred so, but he was currently in a place within himself, within his very body that he had no previous idea of its existence. It was somewhat like it had suddenly appeared or had suddenly come to existence, or perhaps it had been there ever since. He gritted his teeth slightly at the contradiction his thoughts were in again. His every thought, at least every thought that wasn’t about his daily life, had always been like this. And there was hardly anything he could do about it. He disliked even thinking about it, but this time around he was forced to. Since he was here, there was no avoiding the thought. But luckily there was something to help him discard his thoughts happening right in front of him. And Isaac only had two words for the sight: Majestically beautiful. Those were the only words he could use to explain the sight in front of his eyes, at least the eyes his soul currently had. But it wasn’t because he was seeing it from a view far different from that of a soul’s vessel, which was something he couldn’t even confirm. He knew that even if he saw it with his normal two eyes, he would still be awed, that was how fulfilling and inspiring the birth of a cosmic body was. And the fact that it was a sun that was being birthed within his body was a mind blowing fact that he couldn’t even place at this moment. He could only choose to put it aside for another time, otherwise he would be having a migraine by the time he was done thinking futilely. The majestic scene occurring before his eyes was finally coming to a stop as the sparks of light that kept moving towards the growing ball of flame that was a sun like moths to a flame had finally been exhausted. Isaac couldn’t even guess how much particles had converged and merged together to birth this cosmic existence. Millions? Billions? Or even trillions? Or perhaps even gazillions of it… all he could say was that it was a countless number of it, not one that he could guess. But since it was a sun that was birthed within him, shouldn’t he then know the exact number of particles that made it? That was a thought he had while witnessing it all come to a stop. He dwelled on that thought for a good while as if in agreement with it. He tried to think back to the sight from the beginning. From when he had appeared, staring blankly all around him wondering where he was until the first spark of light came to life right in front of the eyes of his soul. But no matter how he tried, it was basically an impossible task. The sparks in his memory all seemed to blur out of focus, not to mention the fact that he couldn’t even count it in the first place if it wasn’t as blurry. He could only resign himself to fate. It was then that a flash of extremely bright light, one that was almost blinding, flashed past his eyes and thus bringing his attention back to the scene in front of him that was already more or less finished. That’s right, the one and only scene that was far from the view of anyone and anything but Isaac had come to a stop. The sparks of light that were previously converging towards the sun had all disappeared, into the sun of course. Looking at it now, he was able to see things clearer than most, at a distance that could only be said to be not too far and not close but definitely closer than usual considering the fact that he wasn’t looking at a sun in the sky. The sun had a golden sheen to it, one tainted with innumerable dot of red. This was the usual appearance of a sun for reasons unknown. It was said that a sun could give off different colors and appear different from what it usually was. Special occasions and festivals were based on the change the color of the nine suns in the sky. While there were also places, some explored yet some untouched, that had a sun of a different color radiating its light on it. A sun was actually not necessarily a ball of flames big enough to float in the sky like it was filled with helium. A sun was a cosmic existence, something seemingly far far away that could have its presence sensed by those on the earth due to the light and it gives off. It was something that exerted unimaginable gravitational influences on the surface that it radiates its light on. And those were the key phrases to the meaning of a sun; due to the light & exerting gravitational influences. Without those two effects, even if it was something big enough to cover half the sky, it still couldn’t be called a cosmic body, much less a sun. After all, every cosmic body was something able to exert control in a certain area and field over the world in its entirety. The sun now dwelling within Isaac in a place he wasn’t sure of could be called a sun because of the exact control it was exerting. This control wasn’t something harmful or invasive to him. Instead it worked in a way that would do wonders for him. Though all of these are things he has no knowledge of yet. He stared with that sense of awe and marvel in his eyes at the sun in front of him as it glowed and gave off a dazzling sense of beauty that was hard to compare with anything else. Perhaps only the pure and luminous white moon could be said to have a more dazzling appearance compared to it. But after staring for a while he actually seemed to notice something, not by his observation but by instinct of course. He could somewhat feel that this sun giving off warmth and light in all its glory—was hollow and incomplete. Now this was a ridiculous and bewildering thing to say but that exactly how he felt it. There was no denial as he couldn’t even do so, the intuition telling him so was what had made him realize where he was and all that was happening. And same as this time, the feeling he felt was an imposing one, that meant it could only be correct and acknowledged, not disregarded. The sun in his eyes now looked incomplete and imperfect despite its marvelous appearance. It looked and felt so much like it was missing something. And much to Isaac’s growing dismay and despair at things, the thing missing was known to him. He felt like he could only blindly go about it or just let things happen normally in order to complete. As the same intuition made him realize that once it was completed, it would be much more than what he was seeing as it currently was. After staring at it for a while longer, he realized that he couldn’t be here forever and stare at the sun in his body like it was the only thing he could do. ‘How do I get out of here’ He remembered that he was in the fifth floor of a low level tainted mountain. And that they had killed the damn that had been giving them a hard time. After which the system had granted the rewards to them. he was supposed to be relishing in his new found strength after reaching the second tier but he had no choice now and could only be stuck here now. He was beginning to worry about things and what to do. But when the thought of leaving this place within him and returning back to his normal state had crossed his mind, he immediately felt the view of the sun before him vanish as the darkness he felt on entering the endless black space returned to him. The darkness persisted for a while and he was feeling disoriented at first but after he calmed down through hard efforts he realized he was feeling normal again. Not at all like how he felt when he was in the endless dark space. He felt the slight wind blow against his skin and the sound of Harry’s voice mumbling loudly about something. It was then that he knew he was back to his usual self. And then he opened his eyes to the rather familiar yet odd sight in front of him.
