I closed my eyes for a moment and let out a sigh.
So I was just fooled, Lolo isn't here after all. Why did I believe so quickly?
“Let me go, Vince,” I said calmly.
But he tightened his embrace around my waist.
“No, I want to explain while holding you. Ask me anything, I'll answer everything—”
“I don't want your explanations anymore, Vince! I don't need them! Not anymore!” I broke free from his arms myself.
But he didn't let me go and held me tight.
“I don't have another woman if that's what you're angry about; I never cheated, I didn't cheat on that island—”
“Shut up! I don't want to hear whatever explanation you have! Because no matter what it is, I won't believe it anymore because my eyes have seen it, and my ears have heard what you really did to me on that island!” I shouted.
