I look at all our allies as they gather their weapons and prepare for our search and rescue mission. Unfortunately, we didn’t find Exia’s whereabouts when we searched through Dora’s belongings. We asked Lucifer, but he could not locate her since the circles of hell are vast and ruled by their kings. Seeing we had no choice, we decided to form search teams who would search each circle. Lucifer set us up with contacts who would help us along the way.
The Cross brothers and their mates volunteered to help. While Giselle and I searched, I charged Tresh with caring for the Halo.
“Ready?” Giselle stops beside me as she pulls her armor of shadows on.
“Yeah, let’s go,” I mutter, my gaze meeting those of the friends who have pledged to help us.
