"Rapist, get out of the Heckers!"
"You're not welcome here!"
As Michael looked at the people in front of him, he felt a deep disappointment.
Six years had passed, and Michael had hoped they might feel some regret. But they had only gotten worse, robbing him of everything and destroying his reputation. Not only that, they placed all the blame on him.
It was clear to everyone how cold and indifferent the Heckers were toward Michael.
Ethan quickly stepped in front of Michael and said proudly, "Hmph, isn't this all about money?"
Ethan threw a bank card on the ground, taunting him, "It's a bit dirty here. If you can clean up the floor, every inch of it, that card with 100 thousand dollars is yours!"
"100 thousand dollars! That's enough to change his life. He might actually bend. Anyways, he is just a homeless who just comes out of jail." Lily sat back in her chair, a smug smile on her lips as she watched for Michael's reaction.
Ethan glared at Michael with indifferent expression and filled with fury. "Hurry up, clean it up!"
Michael remained calm with his eyes filled with disdain.
"I'm ordering you!" Ethan yelled and stepped forward, trying to force Michael into submission.
But Michael stood still just like a mountain.
"What are you waiting for? You damn...!" Before Ethan could finish, a powerful force hit him, and he was sent flying across the room.
Everyone froze, stunned by the sight.
The Heckers were in complete shock. Ethan had been knocked out with a single punch?
Ethan tried to stand, but Michael stomped him back to the ground, making it impossible for him to rise.
Seeing this, Wood instinctively took a few steps back.
Michael walked onto the stage and calmly adjusted the microphone.
All eyes were on him, waiting for his next move.
"I have an announcement to make…"
"Remember the events of six years ago? In light of the Heckers raising me up, I'm giving you one month. In that time, you will repent for your mistakes before me for three days and nights."
"Listen carefully, no one in the Heckers is exempt!"
"If I don't see you in a month, the outcome will be obvious. I guarantee that everyone of you will die!"
Michael's voice was cold and resolute.
"Hahaha..." As soon as he finished speaking, laughter echoed around him.
"This i***t must've gotten his brain scrambled in prison! Fresh out and still talking big!"
"The Heckers are part of S City's high society now. Does this convicted rapist really think he can bring us down? Ridiculous!"
"This is insane, right?"
Michael paid no mind to the mocking remarks, continuing, "Remember, my patience is limited. You only have one month. Of course, you can gather all your strength to challenge me if you wish."
After issuing his final ultimatum, Michael turned and left the banquet hall.
"Did I say you could leave?" his adoptive father, Daniel Hecker, tried to stop him.
Wood blocked him, "Daniel, let him go! The distinguished guest is about to arrive. We don't want him to see this."
He was worried that the guest would witness the commotion.
"Yes, there will be plenty of chances to deal with him later!"
"That guest will be here soon. Michael just got lucky this time!"
Michael left the scene under all the guests’ gaze.
After Michael left, Wood urgently asked, "George, hasn't the guest arrived yet?"
George Hecker frowned, looking puzzled. "Let me contact them and check what happened…"
When the call ended, George's face turned pale as a sheet. "Father, the guest did come, but he quietly left."
"What? He came?"
"He said the Heckers are just a bunch of fools, unworthy of his attention."
"I get it! He must've seen that Michael fool and got angry. He probably thought the Heckers didn't respect him enough!"
Wood roared, "Michael, I will kill you!"
Michael had inadvertently destroyed the Heckers' opportunity!
The guest saw Michael and left in anger!
This was undoubtedly the Heckers' fate slipping through their fingers.
Especially his adoptive parents, brothers, and in-laws, whose hatred for Michael deepened. "Michael, you won't escape! We will kill you!"
After leaving the Sunshine Hotel, Michael decided to find his wife Yolanda.
He owed nothing to the Heckers or anyone else in his life.
Only to Yolanda did he feel guilt.
On his wedding night, he was framed and was imprisoned the next day.
He had left Yolanda to endure years of criticism. And she remained single for six long years.
In those six years, she had silently endured everything.
Now that he had returned, he wanted to take her hand and face the future together!
After much hesitation, Michael finally pressed the doorbell.
As the door opened, the phone in the young woman's hand slipped to the floor.
Yolanda looked at Michael, and her tears fell like pearls, one after another.
"Yolanda, the family dinner is about to start! Your grandfather is going to announce your new fiancé at the banquet. Your good days are coming!"
"Yes, hurry and get dressed! Your grandfather has arranged for you to marry a top-tier mixed-race elite!"
Yolanda's parents appeared from the house.
At that moment, Michael finally spoke, "Yolanda, I'm back."
