The rogue wolves were common during some periods. They are basically wolves that don’t join packs and live on the scraps and stolen stuff from the other packs and cities. Since they don’t have any sense of community or anywhere to live they usually live in their wolf forms. Remaining in the wolf form for long periods of time causes them to lose most of their ‘human’ side because they are very vicious and aggressive, and if they attack, they fight until death.
