July was as hot as it was every year. But pack members didn’t mind as they all stood outside under the moonlight and celebrated victory. Cold champagne was passed around like water. The dinner table was set outside to accommodate everyone and to sometimes catch the light summer breeze coming from the forest.    “I forgot about this dumb dinner customs,” Robin whispered as Wilder walked next to her towards the mated people part of the table. He chuckled. “Well, hopefully, this is one of the last ones.” Robin nodded as well. Last one. “1 and a half month,” They took their spot and couples around them gushed. The rumours of Robin spending a week in the hospital and Wilder not leaving her side has spread far enough to reach them.    Wilder smiled uncomfortably as he barely stopped himself
