Zoe’s POV

My mind is close because I don’t want to feel again, ayoko nang masakatan, ayoko nang madurog ang aking puso kaya kinulong ko ito sa isang malaking kulungan sinarado ko ang aking puso at isip hindi ko na alam kung anong araw na at kung anong ginagawa ng mga tao na nasa paligid ko, pero may isang tao na nag kulit… his pestering me he insist that I must feel and live again like the Zoe that he knows.

Pero ayoko… ayokong bumalik sa dating Zoe, ayokog maging mahina, ayokong may maramdaman, gusto ko yung ganito lang naka kulong sa madilim na mundo.

“You know I did talk to Shane your best friend she is looking for you and she said she misses you so much.” The man said and for the first time I saw his face…… but he is not the man who hurt me.

“Shane…” I whispered and I saw shock in his eyes natigilan sya at naka titig lang sya sakin bago sya nag salita uli

“Y-Yes… Shane and I talk about you” sabi nya, pero hindi ko na sya pinansin at bumalik na naman ako sa aking madilin ma mundo. Merong maligamgam na dumapi sa aking labi binuka ko nang kaunti ang aking bibig at nalasahan ko ang katamtaman na init ng tubig na pumasok sa aking bibig na ulit ito nag pitong beses at hindi ko na ibinuka ang aking bibig. Naka hingi an ako ngayon pinikit ko agad ang aking mata at niyakap ang madilim mong tirahan.

Bakit nya ba pinipilit na ibalik ang mga nararamdaman ko? Sino ba sya? Hindi nya ba ako ma intindihan? Ano ang gusto nya? Just leave me the f**k alone!!!

“Zoe please umuwi kana miss na kita….” a sisterly voice with a hint of sadness

“anak, my princess I miss you so much” Sweet and loving voice that I like so much

“Ohh my princess makes sure to come back” a man’s voice that held much love and protectiveness

“Zoe, mahal na mahal ka ni Kuya tandaan mo yan, okay” ang boses na ito naman ay yung pro-protectahan ako kahit na anong mangyari

“Zoe….. ipag luluto kita nag adobo and I’ll make you a leche flan” her voice is sweet and bubbly

“I’ll be by your side Zoe, I’ll help you stand on your own 2 feet again, and that is my promise to you” mahihimigan mo nag pangako sa boses nya

Yan ang mga boses na nag iingay sa aking isipan may mga na iwan ba ako? Nagging selfish ba ako? Makasarili na ba ako kung pinili kong yakapin ang kadiliman?

Nagging tahimik ang aking paligid walang ingay……… ano baa ng nangyayari sakin?

“Zoe, pull yourself together, your stronger that this please fight to live on please Zoe” ayan na naman ang boses ng isang lalaki na nag mamakaawa at mahihimigan ko ang lungkot at ang pagiging desperado sa kanyang tining hanggang sa tahimika na ulit ang madilim kong mundo.

Rei’s POV

It’s been f*****g 5 months….. 5months put aside that she is eating and saying 1 word per day that’s that was the only changes happened to her.

We f****d up big time and she is the collateral damage, I cut my connection to Haruto Tanaka and the Yamaguchi Clan is quite and we are just doing our jobs to clean the Osaka and other territory that was under me.

“Rei, you’ll need to attend a virtual meeting for the US convention and the document that you need to sign are in your office desk” Fuji informs me on my schedule today.

While we are walking to Zoe’s room Fuji asked

“Until when are you going to adjust for her?”

I looked at him with sharp eyes,

“Until she needed me” I growled and walk again, and I heard him sigh.

I know that Fuji is there for me all the way we are like brothers after all. When we are near at the corridor of Zoe’s room I heard a small sob of cry and I looked at Fuji to see I he also hears what I heard and I saw his eye go wide.

“What the hell” I run and open her door and I saw how wreck her room is on the far corner of the room I saw the maid that I assigned to her.

“What the hell happened?” I ask the maid

“Master, she just snapped and threw the things she gets and cried as she is saying “Silence, I need Silence or Let me…..” the maid pause….

“Or What?” I snap at her, and I saw her flinch at my question

“Or Let me die, she was chanting it over and over again and I was thankful that there is no knife or any sharp object here inside the room” I wasn’t able to hear what the maid said after the sentence “Let me die” live her lips…. I felt sinking on the pit hole myself.

“Rei!” I hear Fuji called my name,

“f**k! REI!” he shouts in my face to get my attention and I looked on his eye like a lost kid

“Damn! Pull yourself together, you're not allowed to be on the pit together with her!” he said

and I inhale a one hell of a breath and exhale harshly,

“Leave, I’ll work on this mess” I said in a cold voice to the maid and also to Fuji

“Will you be, okay?” Fuji, ask I sense the worried on his voice.

“Don’t worry I won’t put myself on the Pit.” I said in a cold voice and look him sharp in the eyes

He breathes and live Zoe’s room together with the maid.

I looked at Zoe and she is still sobbing in the corner of her bed, mumbling something.

As I near her, I heard her clearly and it stab my heart a million time.

“Just kill me, please.... I don’t want to hear what you will say” Zoe’s mumbling this

“Hey, Zoe it’s me Rei!” I force myself to be cheerful when I talk to her

“Zoe, you want to go to the garden?” I ask again trying to get her attention.

Her head slowly move and her teary eyes stares at me.

“Re-Rei?”she said while she hiccups from her cry

“Yes, it's me Rei, you want to go to the garden?” I ask her again and I wipe her left cheek because a tear escape from her puffy eyes.

“Shhhh…. No one will hurt you, come on” I said while opening both of my arms for a hug and she oblige

She buried her face to my chest and hug me.

“I promise no one will hurt you, I’m here to protect you” I whispered in her ears over and over again until I felt her heavy breathing and all her weight is on me that’s the indication that she fell asleep, I carry her and place her on the bed and clean the mess she made.
