Chapter 7

*** Midnight Moon Pack ***

Although Remo didnt come that night still Ariana was not able to sleep properly due to her fear for Remo and nightmares. She was scared that any moment Remo will come and beat or r**e her.

Atlast in the early hours of the morning she gave up sleeping. With nothing to do she looked around the room and her eyes stopped upon bookshelf. She got up and made her way towards bookshelf to check out the books. One particular book caught her eyes. It was the book on the history of Gold Town i.e. their city. Curious about it she started reading it. But 2 names caught her attention, Midnight Moon and Silver Moon pack

It stated,

'Midnight Moon Pack was one of the first pack to settle in this region along with two other packs one of which was Silver Moon Pack.

For generations Midnight Moon Pack was ruled by the Alphas from Blackwood family. But most famous Alpha was Alpha Jasper Blackwood. He was not only respected among the werewolves but other beings too. Vampires, humans, witches, werewolves including rogues and hybrids all. He was the main driving force behind the co-existence of different beings in one city. Whoever came to him for help was never sent back empty handed.

Alpha Jasper alongwith his Luna May supported werewolf Lina, daughter of the Alpha of Silver Moon Pack, mating Vampire Silas Brown. Later, Lina gave birth to their hybrid son Daniel Brown who was made Alpha after his Grandfather died.

Every 300 years Moon Goddess select a vampire and werewolf as mates to give birth to their hybrid child who will rule over vampires and werewolves bringing them together. Both being her children she dont like bad blood between two. Last 2 times it was a female hybrid wolfire and before them was a male wolfire. Male wolfire had a female vampire as his mate who died giving birth when he was 200 years old. As a result he too died. Not much is known about their child.

Both female wolfire after him also had one mate each. One had vampire as a mate and the other one had wolf as a mate. But both the children had wolf as their mate thus slowly making their line of complete werewolf with slight vampire DNA strands in them.

It is believed that Silver Moon Pack is from that male wolfire clan and Midnight Moon pack from one of the female wolfire clan.'

She was so lost in reading that she didnt even notice when Remo entered the room and snatched the book away from her hands.

Ariana irritatingly looked up to Remo and said,

"I was reading that book. Why did you snatch it away.? Give me my book back."

Remo put the book back in the shelf and turned towards her,

"I have a really very good news to share with you. Alex and Sofia are getting married in a week from now on Saturday."

Remo's eyes were glowing with happiness but when he saw Ariana's expression his whole body was bubbling with happiness. For Ariana it looked like someone punched her in the stomach. She knew that they were mates but still it hurts. Alex's betrayal was one thing she never could digest. But now it all looked true. Tears streamed down her eyes and she fell on the ground.

Seeing her so broken Remo's sadistic ego got pleasure. He was excited thinking about his baby sister's marriage to the boy of her dreams. It was a win win situation for both of them got who they wanted.

After enjoying Ariana's sorrow Remo for long enough Remo pulled her towards him and started kissing her forcefully.

After what felt an hour he let her go when he noticed she was having trouble breathing. Then he started kissing on the nape of her neck where mates mark are to be. He wanted to mark her to make her his mate forcefully after which no one would be able to mark her again, even her own mate and she will have to live as his other woman forever. But he controlled himself. Today was not the right time he thought,

"We are going to celebrate this occasion tonight so I wont come today also. On Alex and Sofia's wedding night I will mark you here," he said while grazing his teeth on her neck making her shudder. She knew what the impact will be. She tried to pull away but Remo held her strongly and bit her on the neck warning her not to move. She stilled in fear that if he gets angry he will mark her now itself. After he was satisfied that he has scared Ariana well enough he left her. He had a perfect plan for bachelors night. Smiling in anticipation of what was to come he gave a suggestive look to Ariana and left.

*** Silver Moon Pack ***

"How difficult is it to find a girl? How can there be no records of her?"

Growled Daniel. They cant find anything about her. Not even her name. Sje wasn't enrolled in any of the schools for the werewolves in and around the city. What they didnt know was that she used to go to school only for humans. She was sent there so that she dont come to know about a big secret regarding her birth. It was a secret which only hee packs knew about but they were manipulated to keep it from her. Which she will come to know about soon, very soon.

"Our men are looking for her but its difficult to find someone so discreetly. We cant go around asking about her openly  showing her pic and saying 'have you seen this girl, she is our Alpha king's second mate. She was kidnapped 3 days ago, so we are kinda worried.' And alert her kidnapper." Replied a very frustrated Val. Its first time that he was not able to reach his goal, first time he felt he was failing. None of their trackers good get a hint. A single hint about her. Upon that Daniel has given up on business also. He is not going to any of the meetings and it is causing loss to them although right now it was not much but if this keep on going then they can expect worse.

Just today they found a mole among them who tipped rogues about Daniel not being himself and not taking interest in Alpha duty, so they thought it was a good time to attack.

Mole was Val's secretary. He thought it was a good idea to piss off an already pissed off Alpha. That to Alpha king Daniel as a result he is locked up in the basement with wolfsbane floating in his blood and lots of cuts which are taking forever to heal. Ohh and one of the fingers in each hands and legs are missing too.

With all these stress Val was in a bad mood too. Just as Daniel was going to erupt again Serena came in. She was speaking to someone on the phone. After disconnecting  the call she gave both of them a look which suggested that she know they were going to fight again for 5th time that day and she wont tolerate anymore fight. Period. Daniel and Val looked at each other and decided it was not a good idea to piss off a vampire that to a female vampire.

Finally when she saw that they are scared enough to not go fighting again she said,

"First of all if both of you are really itching to fight go in the club house and have match there. Students there will get to learn something and it will be more productive. If you dont want that then you both are welcome to go and have some fun with our li'l traitor. But I cant tolerate anymore arguments here." She gave them a minute, when they didnt move she continued,

"As we know search in the schools were a big failure I was thinking what if she was home-schooled or she went to humans school. We cant rule out these possibilities. So I was thinking about sending our people to those school and all home tutors." She looked at both of them expectantly. At first they were silent but few seconds later a huge smile broke off on Val's face. As for Daniel he swooped his mate in his arms and gave her a very wet and noisy kiss. Partly to express his gratitude but mainly to irritate Val.

"Will you stop scalding my eyes and ears Daniel. Why dont you go to your room and make out there. But dont torture my virgin eyes and ears like this." Val said making gagging sound.

Daniel laughed out loudly. Seeing him laugh after so many days Val and Serena couldn't stop themselves from joining him.
