Chapter Three A few minutes later, Beatrice and Wyatt were walking back to their house. Beatrice said, “I still have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that Felton is gone. I mean, we were just there. If it wasn’t a natural death, someone must really have been quick about it.” She looked at Wyatt. “I don’t feel as if I knew Felton well, since I was always trying to avoid her whenever I saw her coming. What do you know about her?” Wyatt said thoughtfully, “Well, she had a real eye for detail. She was very particular about how she dressed and what her yard and house looked like.
