KEIRA “Get down here.” Theo roughly said after he hopped out from the chopper. When he noticed I didn’t dare to move, he crossed his arms against his chest. “Are you going to step out or you want me to pull you out?” “I want you to fly me back to the hotel.” I firmly said, trying hard not to yell. “I’m sorry to disappoint you but this is our honeymoon place. Not in any of the luxurious beach hotels that you wanted. So, you better step out now before I run out of patience and ask the pilot to fly this whole thing away… and drop you in the middle of that ocean.” He pointed to the ocean at the end of this vast land. I just ran out of patience and screamed at him. “Damn you! You’re such a jerk! I swear, you're going to regret this! I really swear it, you fcking moron!” And I started marching out of the plane. He didn’t bother to assist me jumping out of the chopper. He just walked his way, leaving me in the vast land. While the chopper started flying its way back in the air. ‘Gosh! What should I do now?!’ I was kidnapped… by a handsome man I had ever laid my eyes on. And the most irritating jerk I had ever encountered. I had never got to meet a man who couldn’t notice he married a wrong woman. ‘He was crazy!’ And I was near the edge of my sanity. ‘This whole thing was fcking crazy!’ Theo I shrugged while patiently waiting for Katniss at the front porch. I was tired already and I wanted to hit the bed. But Katniss seemed to take her time in coming in. “Rush in, dummy. Before I ended locking the door without you inside.” I coldly said and turned my back on her. I went inside the chalet house and opened the lights. Katniss angrily entered after me. “Is there anyone here aside from us? A maid, perhaps?” she asked. I loosened my tuxedo and opened the first three buttons before slumping on the couch in the living room. “I threw the maids away. It’s our honeymoon so it was right and just that we stayed here alone.” She glared at me. “No way!” I frowned. Katniss loved to be alone with me. She loved playing and flirting. I only anticipate this kind of reaction when I broke to her the news that I was going to leave her here whenever I needed to attend some business appointments. Of course without telling her that the maids were living at the other house a few blocks away. There was a caretaker and workers in this island too but I decided not to tell her about them. I even instructed my people not to show themselves to Katniss. ‘Let her think no one was here aside from us,’ Katniss looked around. Her eyes landed at the console. There was a landline in there and she quickly approached it. I secretly grinned while waiting to see her disappointment. ‘This dummy,,’ “What the heck? Is this just for display? Why is it not working?!” She furiously turned to me, her eyes were about to shoot fire. I didn’t care less. I just shrugged. I asked my people to cut the phone connection here. I couldn’t let Katniss get a means of communication with her friends. It would hinder my plans for her. “Who are you going to call anyway? 911?” “It’s none of your business!” She snapped. The side of my lips twitched. “How are you going to tell them your location? You don’t even know where you are, right now.” “If only you didn’t threw my phone away, the officers could track me down!” She yelled. “And that’s why I did it.” I nonchalantly answered. She frustratingly groaned. “I can’t believe this is all happening to me!” “What’s the matter? You agreed with it. And besides, you’ll gain a lot from our agreement.” I shrugged, dismissing her tantrums. “Come on. We both know that this whole setup was all for your advantage.” “How is this all for my advantage?” Katniss leaned at the console, looking tired and hopeless. I scrunched my forehead, crossing arms above my chest. “How?” I raised an eyebrow. What game was she playing now? Did she want to hear it again, how cunning she got when we made a deal?
