KEIRA I thought it was just me who got surprised hearing the groom’s announcement. Turned out the old man was confused himself as well. “What about the visitors, Theo?” Asked the old man in the wheelchair. ‘So. His name was Theo.’ “They’re not that a lot and also, they will surely enjoy the event since I already hired an excellent host. It will still be lively without us.” Theo nonchalantly said. “Wait! What kind of wedding celebration would it be if the newlyweds are not here?” I nodded my head, completely agreeing with the old man. I couldn’t let this guy drag me somewhere. I should be inside the other ballroom. ‘And what the hell was taking her long?!’ “Grandpa, didn’t you ask us to give you a lot of grandchildren?” The old man’s eyes quickly lighten up. I started to panic again. Then, he must be talking about the honeymoon! Oh boy! I couldn’t let him bring me to their honeymoon place! I was not his real bride! ‘Why couldn’t he tell I was a different person?’ And also, what kind of agreement do they have? Did this wedding also include s*x and everything a real wedded couple did? ‘Oh, jeez! Whatever it was, I needed to get away from here.’ “Oh! Is that so? Then you must go now. Go! I’ll deal with the visitors. Go now to your honeymoon. Be sure to bring a lot of babies! Don’t come back without giving me a positive result.” The old man enthusiastically threw us away from the party. And just like a good grandson, this guy named Theo quickly dragged me out of the ballroom, looking so pleased that everything went his way. I badly wanted to throw a pit if not for the old man. I couldn’t afford to make a scene and put the old man’s health at stake. ‘But this whole fcking thing was ridiculous!’ The moment we stepped out of the room, I grabbed my arm away from Theo. “The show is over. I should be going now.” I gruffly told him. “Not yet.” He said and took my wrist once again. This time, his grip was even tighter. “Huh?” I couldn’t believe this guy! He should be thanking me now that I saved his face. But what he was doing now was dragged and pulled me harshly towards the elevator lobby. “Hold a sec, you impertinent jerk!” I yelled at him before he could drag me inside the elevator. I puffed a harsh breath. “Theo, right?” Theo just gave me a frown, as if he was talking into an alien. “Listen to me, okay? I am not Katniss. I am Keira. They called me Kei and you can call me that way too. I don’t care. Just stopped mistaking me for someone else. And also. You should wait for your Katniss here before going to wherever fcking place you’ll go, make your babies to please your grandpa. Just let me go now because I have an engagement party to attend to. Got it? Ciao!” I was about to step away but Theo quickly grabbed my wrist again and pulled me back. “I already told you to drop the act. I will not bite it. Never again.” Theo firmly said and pushed the open button of the elevator without letting my wrist go. “What act? I am not putting an act here. I really need to go now!” I was starting to freak out, yet the guy would not hear me out. He shoved me inside the elevator and pressed the rooftop button. “Why are we heading to the rooftop?” “Because the chopper is waiting for us there and we are heading to our honeymoon place.” He answered nonchalantly. My eyes widened in surprise. ‘I am totally doomed!’ The elevator stopped and Theo grabbed me once again, pulling me towards the chopper that seemed to be ready to pick us up. No. It was to pick the newlyweds up. “Wait! Listen to me, okay? I am not really Katniss. I swear! I am not Katniss. I am Keira! Keira Hepburn!” But Theo seemed deaf to my explanations. I didn’t know if he really couldn’t hear me because of the noisy blades and engines, or he purposely didn’t want to hear me. He just forced me inside the plane. My eyes widened in fear and worry. I couldn’t just let him bring me somewhere! “Damn you! This is kidnapping! You, jerk! I’m going to call the police!” I yelled. I didn’t know if it would still reach his ears but there was nothing I could do to stop him from bringing me somewhere. “I haven’t heard a newly wedded husband had been accused of kidnapping his own wife.” He sarcastically groaned. “Just drop it okay? You’re just tiring yourself.” I gritted my teeth and took my phone from my pouch. I dialed 911. “Who are you calling?” Theo lazily asked while putting the earphone on his head. “Hello? Please help me! Someone is trying to kidnapped me—” I haven’t finished yet and my phone was thrown away in the air. The chopper had started flying already. “Damn you! You, jerk! Why did you do that?!” I started to hit him. My fists landed anywhere on his body. He must have run out of patience and took both of my wrists. In gritted teeth, he yelled at me with the most threatening tone I had ever heard. “One more hit and you're going to join your phone down there.” I was stunned. His face was dead serious. His eyes were furious, like a wolf ready to devour. And since I didn’t know this man, I feared that he would do what he just said. I decided to snap it out and forced myself to calm down. Surely he would just bring me to a separate hotel somewhere here in London. I could run away once he let go of my arm. But when I saw that the chopper landed in a vast land near a chalet house, I started to panic again. All I could see was a vast land and a huge body of water. It seemed like we… We were on an island. ‘What in the world was this place? Why did he brought me here?’
