I shut my eyes for a moment. This whole situation was very complicated.
“Why would you marry me?” I asked, stupidly.
I was surprised to hear that. I mean why would he want to marry me?
‘Because he had such a great fcking activity with me and he wanted it for unlimited times?’
“Because I want you.” He answered.
“Just because you want me, doesn’t mean I will agree.”
“You will agree. Because you want me too.”
“You’re too rude to decide for me.” I pulled a face.
Theo chuckled. Then, his face turned serious.
“I want to distance you from the toxic life you have inside your household, Kei. You are such a very talented and smart woman. You deserve to grow… to thrive better. And it will only happen if you switch to the field where you are good at.”
