Narrator’s POV
Zaira felt her heart pulsing loudly, she was sure her mates could see it.
As if in sync, Damon and Zade’s arms slipped around her, raising her up.
Ares and Kane stood in front of her with glazed eyes.
Kane was the first to move.
“I’ve been waiting for this all morning…” Kane leaned down to Zaira’s face and whispered into her ear. He licked her ear after he spoke, making Zaira tremble. Moving back, he leaned down to place a soft kiss on Zaira’s lips.
“Let’s move upstairs darling, we have a long night ahead of us,” Kane whispered in his baritone voice.
“…..okay,” Zaira responded.
That was all they needed before Ares walked forward and carried her over his shoulder.
