“s**t!!” I dived down from the window my heart racing in my chest. The hot boy definitely saw us looking. I snapped my head to my friend Melissa, I could feel my chubby cheeks crimson with embarrassment. Her wide eyes full of panic before a giggle escaped her lips, that was it, all it took was to laugh with my best friend and the anxiety about being caught perving on my aunts neighbour faded away. We collapsed into a heap on the floor laughing uncontrollably. “You’ll marry him one day I swear!” She panted out between laughs. “God not in this lifetime!” I replied wiping away my tears of laughter. 15. “Why do I have to help her mum! She’s the oldest surely she can do it on her own I’m trying to play my video game!” I slammed the control pad down onto the bed and begrudgingly dragged myself downstairs and out into the back garden to help my sister. “Because..” Mum said appearing next to me. “You’re my big strong boy and your brothers out some where causing mischief the exact kind I don’t want you to end up in!” I rolled my eyes pulling on a pair of gardening gloves and knelt down next to my sister by the fence. “If I’ve got to do this then so have you!” Lisa my sister said pulling her tongue out at me. “Yeah carry on and I’ll tell mum where you snook off to last Friday!” I sniggered back at her. Her eyes went wide with panic. “You wouldn’t!” “Oh wouldn’t I?” I smirked knowing I’d got to her. She turned her back in a huff and walked over to the other flower bed. Just as I stood up I noticed a flurry of blonde and brown hair disappearing from the window of the house opposite. “Looks like you’ve got some admirers.” My mum giggled and nodded towards the window. I raised my arms up and flexed my muscles “Well you know mum I have that affect on the ladies.” She rolled her eyes at me whilst throwing me a spade. “Come on ladies man, get to work.”
