I woke up earlier the next day as I had to return to Boston. I had left my store for days and I still needed to know the progress of the page Addison is managing. I had a quick bath, wore the same outfit from yesterday, and strode downstairs.
“Good morning mum” I greeted as she was stepping out of the kitchen with a glass of water. She sized me up and sighed. “You’re leaving without telling anyone?” She inquired with a gloomy face, “I thought everything is fine that you have accepted the fact you’re an heir to Wellington assets” I rolled my eyes and moved to mum.
“You’re overthinking it mum, I’d already accepted the fact. I thought you guys were asleep and I didn’t want to bother you with my plans. I have to go back and check on my store” I explained, trying hard not to smile.
