The new world

A loud sound was made as a train reached it destination and the doors opened, a young boy walked out along with few passengers. His handsome facial features made him the subject of girls where ever he went, with short white hair and blue eyes, well sculpted nose and jaw line, he was perfect. He took a deep breath and a smile formed on his face as soon as he stepped out with his luggage, he quickly buttoned his jacket and place one of his hands in his pocket as the cold air hit him. "Ohh, I forgot mom told me it was cold down here" the boy muttered as he walked towards the entrance of the train station, he looked around and his eyes caught an ad of a popular game and he stopped to watch. The game RPG: Adventure Online was currently the most popular game world wide with millions of VR helmet sold, and it hasn't even been released yet. In a world where different games were released each month, this was a game that was announced over a year ago and the hype was still ongoing, the game was going to be released during the weekend which was tomorrow. "I can't wait" the figure muttered as he shifted his gaze away from the ad. Taxis were outside waiting and he told one of them his location and got on and the man started the ride. It took him 10 minutes to get home and he was welcome by his elder sister who stood at the front of the door. "Welcome home little brother, how was your trip?" His elder sister asked as soon as she saw him stepped out of the taxi. "It was fine, I totally forgot mom told me how cold it was down here" he spoke as he walk upstairs with his sister. "Yeah the weather changed two weeks ago, before I forget mom made your favorite meal before she left to work, It's been there for a while so it might have gotten cold, I'll warm it up for you" his sister spoke as she quickly walk towards the table. "Sis, are you late for work?" He asked. "I can still spend some minutes and still meet up don't worry" she replied with a smile on her face. "You can go, I'll be fine, my friends are in Smith's house across and we have lots of things to talk about, you can go" "Really, I love you" his sister spoke as she took her bag and ran outside. Henry lived with his Mum and his elder sister, while his two little siblings live with his Dad in a different town. After eating he exited his apartment and walked around the hall till he arrived at a door. "I'll get it" a voice spoke from inside and the door opened. "Hey Henry, dude you didn't tell us you were coming back" the boy who opened the door spoke as both of them shook hands with smile on their face. "I just came back to see my mom before my graduation, dude I have to say, that place wasn't boring at all" Henry spoke and his friends burst into laughter. There were three boys in the room, Smith, Ruger and Blue and they are all his best friend. "Even if it was boring, I'm sure you dated all the girls in your school" Blue spoke and chuckled. "Nah, I didn't do s**t, am scared of that, I saw the ad of the new VR game RPG: Adventure online, have you guys bought the VR helmets?" Henry asked. "Yeah, I bought one for you, just so you know, it cost a thousand bucks, so when are you paying back?" Smith spoke. "Dude, your dad is loaded and a thousand bucks is nothing, I'll pay back when I get a job" Henry spoke and chuckled as he sat down. "Hey let's Play Avengers, are you guys down?" Smith asked. "Yeah sure" they all replied in chorus. "Give me a minute, I think I still have the VR Helmet in my room" Henry muttered as he brought his Helmet from across the hall. When he arrived they have all putting on their game helmet. "I've been left behind" Henry muttered as he walked towards an available chair and lay on it before putting his game helmet on. They all play the game till the sun went off and the moon came out. "I almost got killed" Blue muttered as he took off his helmet with smiles on his face. "Hey guys it's 9pm" Smith muttered as he looked at the clock. "9pm!, see you guys tomorrow, my Mom might be back, I need to help her with some stuffs at the kitchen" Henry muttered as he took his helmet and exit the room. "Mummy's boy" Smith muttered and the rest of his friends chuckled. When Henry arrived at his room he noticed his mom and his sis aren't back yet so he quietly walked to his room and lay on his bed. *Yawn* Henry yawn loudly and slowly began to close his eye before he finally slept off. The sun rise slowly and reflect to his eyes through the window. Henrys eyes fluttered open and he yawned before standing up from his bed, before he could take a step, his door was opened and his friend Smith came in. "Dude, did my mom see you?" Henry asked. "RPG: Adventure Online is going to be launched in 10 minutes, come over" Smith spoke and dashed towards his own apartment. Henry quickly brushed his teeth and rushed out of his room. "Morning mum" Henry spoke as he dashed outside into Smiths apartment where his other two friends were already seated. "How did you guys get here?" Henry asked as he was handed the VR helmet. "Don't forget we are meeting at the Cowgirl's shop" Smith spoke as he put on his helmet. "This will be the best game ever" Henry spoke as he lay on one of the available chair and put on his game helmet. Soon a light started shining from inside the helmet and a male voice spoke. "Welcome To RPG: Adventure Online" "System check up" "First log on, retina scan, binding identity" "Login successful, begin character creation" "First, Choose your class" "Light faction or Dark faction" "Light faction" "Warrior/Knight: Skilled in close combat, proficient with heavy armor and weapons" "Mage/Wizard: Masters of magic, casting spells for offense, defense, or support" "Rogue/Thief: Agile and stealthy, specializing in sneak attacks, traps, and agility-based skills" "Archer/Ranger: Proficient in ranged combat, using bows or other projectile weapons, often skilled in wilderness survival" "Priest/Cleric: Healers and supporters, capable of divine magic, healing, and buffing allies" "Druid/Shaman: Connected to nature, able to transform, control elements, and support allies using natural magic" "Dark Faction" Henry muttered. "Dark elves: Masters of stealth and magic, with an affinity for shadows" "Vampires: immortal beings with a thirst for blood, often possessing supernatural abilities" "Lycanthropes:Shapeshifters that transform into fearsome creatures like wolves or other dark entities" "Undead:Reanimated corpses or spirits, driven by dark magic or curses" "Drow: Subterranean elves known for their cunning and mastery of arcane arts" "Dark Elf" Henry muttered. The area where Henry was standing turned dark immediately and his eyes was forced shut. Henry eyes fluttered open and he was lying on a bed covered in white sheet, he quickly stood up from the bed and sat up right. 'Wow, the control is sick, it feels like I'm really in the real world, so what first, since the game is about adventure. *Knock* * Knock* * Knock* "It's the receptionist" A voice sound through the door. Henry made himself presentable enough to prevent putting himself in a shameful light. "You can enter" Henry replied. Once Henry permitted entry, a light skin average height lady with a red hair and blue eyes walked in. She was currently putting on a plane gown that exposed the top of her t**s. "Good morning mr Henry, I'm here to inform you that you're payment for this inn has expired an hour ago, so you can either take your leave or pay 2 Silver coin to extend your stay" The beautiful receptionist spoke with an unconditional smile on her face. 'Dam, I don't have any coins with me' Henry muttered inwardly as he searched his pocket and found a papper map. "I will take my leave" Henry muttured and walked outside of the inn. "Haa" He sigh in relief as he opened the map to get information about his current surrounding. "Current location: Beginners Village" A robotic voice spoke. 'i guess this would be a great help' Henry said to himself as he starts his jorney to the cowgirls shop. The road wasn't paved, they were made from dirt and soil, and the buildings were all medieval designs making Henry smile. Players and NPCs were walking along the streets in harmony, of course, there were differences. The players were looking around excitedly and observing the scenery, this was because this is the newbie village, the place where first-time players come after choosing their names and class. Advance players don't have access to the newbie village, once you leave here, you can never come back, you can only see the village on your map. So basically everyone here is playing the game for the very first time. As the players were observing the scenery, the NPCs were acting totally normal, some of them were running, children were playing, and some were training with sword and the others flirting with one another. The different attitude of the NPCs makes you think there are normal humans, that was why the game was so hyped. Few minutes later, Henry arrived at the cowgirls shop. 'Wow, finally' Henry Sigh in relief as he opened the door and immediately the cold air hits him. "Hey, it Henry, he chooses Dark Elf" one of his friends voice out loudly pointing his finger towards him. Henry smiled as he walked up to them and did their friendship hand shake with each of them. "What took you so long?" Smith asked as he received the hand shake last. "It's a long story" Henry replied smiling. "Don't worry we understand, we all went through that process" Blue spoke and they all chuckled. "This place looks nice" Henry muttered as he looked around and his eyes caught on one of the cowgirls who was serving a customer milk. He couldn't help but let out a bright smile and when she noticed Henry was stearing at her she also let out an unconditional smile. The cowgirls skin was brown in Complexion and her eyes was dark, same as her hair. "Ouch" Henry muttered as one of his friends hit his head with a finger. "She's not your type Henry, you need to take quest and collect many coins to draw her attention" Blue spoke and they all chuckled. "Don't worry guys, I will make sure she falls in love with me after our first successful quest" Henry spoke with a smile on his face. "Yeah our first quest is going to be successful because I have a plan" Smith spoke with a smile on his face. "What's the plan?" Henry asked. "Let check out the newbie forest and try our current weapons" Smith responded. They agreed to smith idea and luckily their first mission was successful.
