“Fate’s Cruel Game”
GIRL POV : I don’t understand what’s happening to me… maybe my story is a bit strange for everyone — because I never found anyone who truly loved me, nor anyone who cared, nor someone who could understand that not everyone likes a hero… some people even fall for the one who’s done terrible things. That’s what’s happening to me — but this world will never understand me.(She was standing alone by the riverside, and all those words were flowing straight from her heart… there was a strange sadness in her eyes, and she could see a face — the face of someone who had once lost something very precious)
I’m so alone today… why doesn’t he come? Does he not love me like before? Has he become so angry with me…? I’ve heard that “a hero gives up his love for the world, but a villain destroys the world for his love.” What kind of love is his…?
JK… please come… JK, I’m so sad… you didn’t come back for the one who’s truly yours… (she started crying like a little child) JK… please forgive me… JK, please come back… (she cried and cried, her tears falling endlessly…)
OTHER POV : Love is such a strange thing… even a stone can melt before a diamond.
This is the story of a broken man — and of the woman who once couldn’t even stand to look at him… but today, she cries endlessly for him.
( FLASH BACK)
(A fight was going on in the college ground… one boy was crying, begging for his life, while five others were beating him mercilessly. Nearby, a car was parked — inside sat a boy watching them with a smirk on his face. That boy was none other than JK — the heartless, shameless, stubborn guy who never accepted defeat. He stepped out of the car and walked closer. The group stopped immediately, and one of them asked, “Boss, should we keep beating him?”
With just a flick of his hand, JK signaled him to shut up — and he did. JK walked up to the boy, gave him a cold, almost teasing smile, and then turned to leave.
As he walked away, he gestured for them to let the boy go.
But just as he was about to get into his car, he heard a voice — a voice that made him freeze.
His breath caught, his heartbeat stopped for a second… it was as if his soul had turned to stone.
He stood still, trying to listen more closely to that voice, trembling ever so slightly…)
It was a girl’s voice… she was talking to her friend, saying,
“I don’t even like that boy one bit.”
Those words hit JK like a bullet.
The smirk on his face slowly vanished, replaced by something darker — a flash of anger, confusion… maybe even pain.
He turned his gaze toward her, eyes cold and sharp, watching her every move as if memorizing the person who just unknowingly challenged his pride.
He started walking toward her. She was still busy talking to her friend,
completely unaware that JK was right behind her.
She kept speaking carelessly, her voice calm, her words sharp — but JK was
listening to every single one of them, his expression unreadable.
Everyone around had gone silent, their eyes fixed on him.
Whispers spread through the crowd —
“She’s new here… she has no idea who she just messed with.”
“Poor girl… she’s in trouble now.”
And still, JK kept moving closer… one slow, deliberate step at a time.
He didn’t say a single word to her — just looked at her once and walked away with a strange, unreadable smile.
Everyone stood there in shock. Their surprise wasn’t ordinary… it was the kind that leaves you frozen.
JK — the one who never let anyone go without fear — had just smiled and walked off.
Why did he smile?
Why didn’t he say anything?
Those questions spread like wildfire across the campus.
And poor Sidra… she had no idea that her careless words had just caught the attention
of the one person she should have never provoked.
The next day, when she came to college, everyone’s eyes were on her — whispering, staring, yet saying nothing.
The air felt heavy, strange… as if something unseen was about to happen.
Sidra tried to act normal, clutching her books, forcing a smile, but deep down she could feel it — that quiet, eerie tension following her every step.
No one spoke to her… no one warned her… but everyone knew — JK never forgets.
But things turned out completely different from everyone’s expectations…
JK had come to college early that morning — much earlier than usual.
Everyone else assumed he’d arrive later… and when he did, Sidra’s fate would be sealed.
But instead, JK was already there — sitting alone on the rooftop, leaning against the railing, lost in thoughts he couldn’t quite explain.
He kept staring at the sky, whispering to himself,
“I wonder how she looks when she’s angry… Are her eyes blue? Does she laugh a lot? Does she really not want to see me?”
For the first time, JK — the heartless, untouchable boy — looked almost human.
It was as if something inside him had snapped… or maybe awakened.
He wasn’t angry anymore — he was curious.
And that curiosity felt more dangerous than his rage ever was.
But life… had already taken a strange turn.
Did JK truly love Sidra?
(Would Sidra ever understand him — the chaos, the pain, the storm hidden behind his silence?
Or were they just two lost souls, standing on opposite sides of fate?
No one knew what destiny had written for them…
But one thing was certain — the story of JK and Sidra had only just begun.)
