After explaining her life, his unit didn't say anything. She did think they liked her, but after everything she'd just said, she was worried now. They all leapt up and jumped on Tristan through him to the ground. She couldn't help but giggle.

They were happy his unit was her unit. She knew how it worked her father had a great unit, all looked after, and loved each other, and she knew Garret, Gio, and Raven had grown up together, loved and cared for each other. She would act like she didn't care, but deep down, she wanted them to accept her.

All good them mother had to burst his bubble by telling him he won't scent her till the moon sets. She gave her mother a look as in to say thanks a lot. Mum linked her. "He has to know dear," she said.

He didn't seem to mind. He pulled her onto his lap. All bowed their head. "So what do you both think about telling the pack?" Tristan asked. Mother, what do you think? "Well, you are going to be Luna, live here. They deserve to know the risks." Brooke said.

Tristan, what will you do if they refuse?. He looked at her for a moment. "Then those that don't accept you can leave the pack, and i will be Alpha orthed to never reveal what they know. I can find them other packs to go to, " Tristan said.

"Alpha pack members going against their luna is treason by death," Garret said. No, no, she doesn't want death. It's not their fault. "What is punishment in your pack, luna Brooke?" Tristan asked.

"De-feathered every single one it can take months nearly a year from them to grow back," Mother said.

Mother "What? It's the truth. We don't punish the human counterpart. We punish the bird to make the human think twice and harming its bird again with his or hers own stupid actions. " Mother said

"Sounds painful," Raven said.

"It is it can make you lose your phoenix that why it work makes them think twice about breaking our laws what are very similar to yours," Mother said.

"Are you able to explain them to me?" Tristan asked. "Yes, my daughter can. I need to feed my son," Mother said.

Is they anything you want her to not say? Mother looked at her. "Not our death. I do not think he'd understand that part, " Mother said through the link. She nodded. Mother left, and she turned to Tristan. Alpha Tristan, he growled. She shaked her head. What would you like to know?

"Pack punishment?" he asked

Same as wolfen. Any physical harm or abuse to any pack members, alpha, or luna would be de- feathered or death. We would always give the pack members a say whether they are the victim or aggressor, but in the end, alpha or luna can have the final say.

"War, attacks, warriors ranks?" he asked

We had escape tunnels that only Alpha luna and the unit would know code to. It was her job and her mother to get all the children, men and women, that were unable to fight.We had warriors, elite warriors, captains, first and second lieutenant, 1st and second generals.We have pack allied not many some, but we didn't have the opportunity to call them. Well, that's what our beta had said to her father.

"Mating alliance, balls, etc." He asked

We dont expect the higher rank to stay within our pack. For example, if a beta wanted to go to their mates pack and he or she was off lower rank, we wouldn't stop them. It's between the mated pairs. We do alliances but can be up to the mated pair and their families. Obviously, for her, her father would have wanted a mating alliance with you, and she smiled.

"We can do that with your mother if you like." he asked. She'll ask her to see if she wants to, but she knows she'll say, "I'm a grown adult. I can tell you what I want." She said, smirking

"Well, my luna to be, what do you want?" he said. He stood up, leaned over his desk, and grabbed her hand. She doesn't know. She will think about it.

"Okay, you do that well. When the time comes, he's sure our protocol is the same, but I'll have my mother go through ours with you. You don't have to do luna duities he won't force you. His mothe likes beinging a Luna anyway, but it's your choice." he said

She stared at him for a moment. She will do luna duties, but let's wait on that for a moment. A few steps to far for her right now.He nodded. "Sorry," he said. She walked around his desk and sat in his lap again. There's no need to be sorry. She thinks she'd be worried if you didn't want her to do those things, but at the moment, with her father being missing, her mother has just given birth. A possible vampire attack, and your father will not be happy about this. Let's wait on announcing, especially until after the full moon.

"Okay, he can accept that, but will you still show me Cyan tonight. I really want to see her, and so does Jett. " He asked. "Il show you mine If you show me yours" she said laughing.

"Ha, try and stop us. Jett is very eger." He said. She smiled. She's going to go see Mother. It'll see you later. She kissed his cheek and left. As she walked out, his parents were walking into Tristan office. Hello Luna Elizabeth and Alpha Titus she hope you had a very nice holiday. Elizabeth smiled, and Titus said nothing.

"Well, thank you, Alex. we did. How as it been here?. " She asked.

Good, we've mostly just kept ourselves to ourselves, really, but when we have been around the pack, pack members have been welcoming and friendly.

"Good. I'm glad I will be up to see you soon. I want to invite your mother out with myself and my friends. If you think she would join us? I dont want to put her on the spot?" she asks.

She thinks she would like that we've travelled for a long time, and she's never been able to give herself friends she thinks she likes that. "Good, I'll see you soon," Elizabeth said.

Good day to you both. She headed for the stairs and found the alpha unit in front of her. Is everything okay. "Yes, will you follow us for a second." Garret asked. Yes, sure. They walked her into a meeting room. What's wrong? she thought you were happy about our pairing?

"We have a request, luna Alex." Garrets asked. Beta Garret, please don't call her that we are keeping it private until the full moon, at least. "Sorry." It's okay, no need to be sorry. It's understandable who you all are to Tristan to this pack. You would call her that. What is it you need?

"Well, we know you've not initiated yourself into our pack yet. No pressure, but we would feel better as you are our Luna. If we at least had your number in case you needed us. " Garret said.

Yes, okay. She handedly her phone over to Garret he entered his number, and Gio and Raven did the same. "I've also put in Martina and Tristan for you. " Garret said.

Thank you. Her phone jingled she was added to 2 chats, one with the unit and one with Martina and Raven and three others called Aria, Portia, and Olivia. She smiled. "Aria is Gio sister, Portia is an elite warrior, and Olivia is Tristan cousin and war captain," Raven said.

Oh, right war captain. "It's okay, she great you'll love her. We will have to arrange a get-together, " Raven said. Sure, why not. She did feel nervous. Tristan family she hasn't had the best reception. Raven must have sensed it. "She's not like Alpha Titus," She said. She just nodded.

She left the room headed for her suite. Her mother was sat on the sofa relaxing. Where is Blake? "A sleep. How did the rest of the meeting go?" Mom asked. Good, she explains our pack law but is mostly the same as his anyway. She left out the death part? he's going to need to know if anything happens to her or her phoenix mom.

"I know, but let that detail stay between us for now," mom said

Okay, once we are marked mom, she is going to have to tell him. "I know I know for outsiders it's a bit of a shock. I don't think even Trevor knew." Mom said. She bets he didn't. She heard a knock at the door. She turned to get it. Mother, it will be Luna Elizabeth she wanted to see you.

"Me why?" she asked. Hello Luna Elizabeth, please come in. What can we do for you. "Well I want to invite your mother to afternoon tea with myself and my friends but firstly. Alexandra Sky, are you my son, mate?" she asked.

Mother looked stunned, and her jaw just dropped. Why, why, do you ask that? "Well, I know my son, he's never been interested in any female or male, and trust me, they've thrown themselves at my son. He's very handsome if I must say myself, " Elizabeth said.

She could help make a chiding sound it's like a raspy hissing sound. "I'll take that as a yes." Elizabeth said. Sorry, luna Elizabeth, her shifter didn't like the mention of others with...... she exhaled. Yes, Alpha Tristan will be her mate she can scent him but him not her yet. How did you know?

"Well, my son just told his father if he can't accept you, then he can leave he likes you and is going to date you. I'm guessing he knows but isn't speaking of this outloud until the full moon, " she asked. Alex nodded. Elizabeth smiled.

She grabbed hold her and hugged her. She couldn't help the tears that were falling. Mother was crying, too. "Why sad?" Elizabeth asked. You're okay with this. She is not a wolf. "Yes, I'm very happy I haven't seen my son this passionate in years. You're changing him for the better, " she said.

Thank you. She appreciates that. She hugged her again and left with the mother and Blake. All women loved babies, so Elizabeth insisted they brought him. She flopped down on the sofa. He phone dinged. It was Tristan.

"Hello, my little bird. Are you okay?" he asked. She shaked her head. Yes, Alpha she scent back she recieved a growl emoji. She couldn't help laugh. She heard an aggressive bang at her door. she opened it to a very angry Alpha Titus. "GET OUT OF MY PACK NOW." He roared at her.
