Speaking those words to Tristan was the hardest thing she'd ever done. He left she just sat back down staring and out the window when he mother returned. "What the hell happened?" Mom asked.

Alpha Titus turned up just after you left with luna Elizabeth he roared at her to get out and threatened to hurt her if she didn't. Clearly, Tristan heard him and apparently went and attacked his own father because she told him we were going to leave.

"We are?" Mom asked. Mom Alpha Titus is never going to accept her. He's right. The vampire could appear she doesn't know why she ever thought she could have a normal life. Mom gave her a sympathetic hug. We must go to the forest house them when the full moon appears. If we are mates, we can reject it, and he can find someone else.

He's passed out in his room, he attacked his father, and Raven had to shoot him with wolfbane to stop him. Raven messaged her and told her what had happened after Tristan left.

"Alexandra, you can't mess with people's hearts like this," She said. Mom, she won't let people die because of her. "I'll go pack," mom repeated. She went and did that herself. She heard a knock at the door it was Raven.

"Alpha is awake and fine if you want to see him," she said.

Raven, she's sorry, has to be like this "It is your choice but if you'd rather spend your life running instead of fighting for your freedom and hunted thats your choice but Tristan is willing to fight his own father for you and you want to leave," Raven said walking away.

She shut the door and exhaled. "Are we doing the right thing?" Cyan said. It's the only way to stop death. We don't know what could happen. "Maybe that should be his choice, Alex," Cyan said.

Mother should stay it's Alex they'll want she's a blue phoenix, not her mother. She walked into her mother's room. Mom, stop packing. You should stay here where it is safe, and Blake can grow up safe and happy normally. Mother stopped.

"Are you sure darling? i don't want you to leave," Mom said.

Yes, it's for the best. She doesn't know what to do for herself but yes you should stay here. Mother just nodded and stopped packing. They were a knock at the door. She headed to answer it. She could smell coconut and butternut she opened the door to Tristan, and his scent was so strong.

He roared. "Mate." She could believe what she was hearing he could scent her before the full moon was over a week away. Why so soon. She knew Alpha could scent earlier than most nuts, not this soon. Her being a Phoenix has never happened before. He grabbed her and kissed her. "Mine," He said again.

Tristan "Alexandra, you are my mate. I don't care what anyone thinks or what enemy you might bring. Your enemy is my enemy. I want you. no one else." He said. She stared at him for a moment.

"Do it, or i will," Cyan said.

She pushed him out of the doorway into his own suite and kissed him long a slow. She pushed him that hard they fell to the ground. Both laughed. He put his hand on either side of her face.

"Please don't leave. I understand why you want to, but please don't leave." He said.

She won't for now, but if they turn up, she will leave she won't let anyone harm this pack. "Spoken like a true Luna," He said. She wacked him, stop it. "Didn't we have plans tonight?" he asked.

"Powers?" he asked.

It's something we do after Mark and Mate, but she would like to wait to mark for her father return. "Okay, I can understand that." He said.

Phoenix are unique creatures. You will find water Phoenix's, which is herself. White Phoenix's is what her mother is. Dark Phoenix's and Shadow Phoenix.

We all have unique powers that make us special. One of the special powers all phoenix have is that we can be reborn through the ashes of our deaths.

"I don't understand?" He said.

If our Phoenix's is killed in bird form, we turn to ash and then are reborn. It takes a few hours to raise to full adult size. In this time, we shift back to human form, but the phoenix with in is rising from the ashes. If we die in human form, neither one survives. It's not common knowledge, so you can't repeat it.

"I won't you have my word." Tristan said

We are a little different to you. She won't mark you. Cyan will with her beak and talons. It might be painful for you. It has to be her, or our bond won't be true.

"What's the difference between you doing it and her?" he asked.

She can mark you, but Cyan will have the gift to enhance your ability. "My ability?" he asked. Well, for example, if you are a large wolf or have great speed or great eyesight. A phoenix blood can make them more powerful. Not all phoenix can, but most. It depends on your bloodline, and mine is pure, so stronger. His eyes went wide.

"That's why the vampires want you to enhance their power," he said. Pretty much. "They can't force you to mark them," he said. No, but our power is in our blood they don't have to. He pulled her up from the floor. He took her hands. "That won't happen. I won't allow it. Come on, you can show us more when you're ready. I could tell that was hard for you, " he said.
