One week later
Today is Christmas Eve dinner at the Saunders' mansion. Alyssa's father is much improved, thanks to my sister, and Hannah is coming after Alyssa convinced her uncle, her favorite niece.
"What time does it start again? I'm going out with Hunter today," Trish asks.
"We need to be there by 7 PM, nicely dressed," Dad replies.
"What about you, Dad? Don't you need a date?" Matt asks.
"No. I can't get a date in less than ten hours, and I already have company," Dad shakes his head.
"Well, I’ll see you all later. Mia, don’t worry about your dress; I brought one for you," Trish says as she leaves.
