Chapter 19Gabe allowed Riley to push him down on the bed in his room. It wasn’t as if he’d ever struggle if Riley tried to get him into bed, but he was used to taking care of himself when he’d shifted.
“I’m okay, Rye. I’ve done this before.”
Riley huffed. “I know. I’ll get you something to eat.”
Gabe grabbed him and pulled him down on him, only to guide him to his side, so he was resting on the mattress but still partly on top of Gabe.
“Hey!” Riley made half an effort to get off him, but Gabe cupped the back of his head and steered it toward his shoulder.
“Stay for a bit, rest.”
With a deep breath, Riley melted against him, and Gabe almost moaned. Slowly, he was running his hand up and down Riley’s spine. “So, questions?”
“Most likely.”
“Ha! Care to ask them?”
