Chapter 9: Preparation's and Packing part 2

Tyra's POV:

I couldn't help but chuckle a little bit at hearing the serious almost demanding forceful voice of her friend Josh through the phone who almost sounded extremely pissed just at an unknown restricted number calling him. When he heard my chuckle it pissed him off even more and he gritted out " Who is this? And Why the Hell do you find this funny?" I couldn't help it I laughed even harder. I almost had tears coming out my eyes was face first in my lap because I was doubled over laughing. " Ok ok .... I'm sorry its just I haven't talked to you in so long and this demanding pissed off voice coming out of the hippie I used to know is just so funny. Josh it's me Tyra. Can you calm yourself down now before I have to reach through the phone and show you is the real boss?" I manage to say in between hiccups at this point because I laughed so hard and so much for the first time in years.

" Tyra is that really you? How do I know this isn't some one trying to trick me into believing its you and get me to do something that will cause me real trouble? " Josh asks from the end of the phone. " Ask me anything that you feel only I will know and I will answer it. How about that? Will that be sufficient enough to prove it or do I need to let you talk to Xavier and Javier to confirm that I'm sitting right in front of them on the phone with you? Or even better yet how but a video call. That would really prove it wouldn't it?" I ask. " How about just doing the video call and by passing all the other time-consuming task and keeping the extra doubt and guessing out of it?" Josh says. " I knew you would pick that option before the others even though you were a hippie even back then you were always clear, blunt, straight forward and decisive to the point of being annoying most times. Logical visible proof you used to call it. The only way to go you would claim. Video request is going through now." I said. Just as I said this Javier and Xavier got up and moved over on either side of me so they both could be seen when Josh accepted the call and all three of us would come in to view as further proof it was me not a video filter or trick.

Xavier's POV:

Javier and I moved over by Tyra and waited for the video call to go through. When we finally heard the beep and seen the screen shifting to accommodate the camera for the video and Josh appeared and Tyra hit the button for camera to show us the look on Josh's face was the absolute best thing I have seen in my entire life. It was priceless with the shocked and disbelieving look that appeared there. It almost looked like he thought he had been drugged and was on a hallucinogenic trip. When he instantly says " Tyra, it's really truly you but how?" I couldn't help but burst, all my attempts to keep it in just wouldn't work anymore. It looks like Javier couldn't keep it in either because he also burst in to huge belly rumbling laughing. Tyra just chuckled and said " Yeah Josh it's me. Is me sitting here with these two goofballs isn't proof enough?" " Hey, I'm not a goofball and I take offense to that." I say. " Yes, Josh it is really Tyra. We finally found her, and we have convinced her to come home with us but first we need your help to start getting things moving so it is up and going by the time we get home." Javier speaks up. "Ok,... But you are going to have to explain this to me and tell me where the hell you have been and why you ran and didn't tell any one anything before you did." Josh says in exasperation. " Yeah, I'll explain everything to you myself when we get home. But, in the mean time. I need you to start filing for an appeal and custody of my little sister Jasemine from my mom Lynn. She was recently placed in to the state system and nobody on Lynn's side wants her. Brandon and Eric tried but they are both in the first couple years of college and considered to be too young. They should have the case information and her date of birth and the social workers contact information. I will have Xavier call or text one of them and let them know you will be getting in contact for the information that you need in regard to Jasemine." Tyra responds.

Once I heard this, I immediately pulled my phone out and started bringing my contact list up to bring up Brandon's number to go ahead and give it Josh so he could call them before going to see them and make sure they weren't in class at the time. I sent the information to him while him, Tyra and Javier were talking and going over the custody situation with what information they had on hand and getting Josh to give his opinion on the situation and what he felt would be the outcome and how long it would take. "Ok, Josh I sent you the boys to contact information just make sure to contact them first before heading over to meet them and make sure they aren't in classes. And, I hate to break up the business meeting for a lack of better term. But it is time to start packing and calling the places you found that you might be interested in checking out to stay in when we back. But Josh we will get in contact with you again in a couple days once we get back in town. Ok" I said.

Tyra says " Yeah, We better go Josh. I'll see you in a couple of days and get you the rest of the information that you will need from my end. I have a lot of packing to do here and I would like to have most of done by tomorrow afternoon so we can be heading back. The faster we get back the easier it will be to work with you on getting Jasemine with her and set and start handling everything else that needs to be handled and figure out what went wrong and weed out the bad blood that doesn't need to be around making a bigger mess then there already is." She waved and blew him a kiss and proceeded to disconnect the video call and proceeded to stand up. " Alright Boys, Xavier is right we have a bunch of work to do before we head back home and I would really like to check in on the boys as soon as possible and before Josh meets them and lets them know about me coming home before I do." Tyra says. Javier says " Yeah lets get this started." " Ok, boy's, Xaiver can you grab some trash bags from under the kitchen sink and start packing the food and stuff from the pantry and cabinets? Javier you want to help me start in the bedroom?" Tyra asks.
