Chapter 8: Preparation's and Packing

Xaiver POV:

When Tyra looked at us and said "that she would go back home with them" I couldn't be more ecstatic. After nearly a decade my big sister is finally returning home. I mean I didn't even have to think twice about the conditions that she set aside. I mean is it really a question can we deal with the conditions that she set in order to come home or have her run away again. I would think it was no contest so with no question I said " Yeah, I mean whatever you need I will do if that's what you need in order to come home with us. I'll agree to anything at this point." I looked over at Javier to see if he was gonna agree even though I had no doubt that he would. I mean that man has been chasing my sister to keep her by his side pretty much his entire life. I highly doubted that there was anything that he wouldn't agree too in order to keep her with him. Javier says "Well, there should be no question on whether I can agree to these terms. You know I'll give you anything if it means you come back with me and never leave me again." He gives Tyra a huge a smile I haven't seen in years. Tyra's eyes light up and she gives him the biggest smile. Then she reaches up and rubs her cheeks like they hurt just from that one little smile and like she hadn't done that much.

Tyra's POV:

I can't remember the last time I smiled so big. And the last time I didn't feel the huge boulder that had been sitting on my chest and shoulders that I don't remember the last time not feeling there. I stop thinking about it and say " Ok, well I guess first thing is first I need to find a place to stay back home. And I need to get a hold of Josh because he is the best lawyer I know and he owes me so even if he isn't a family attorney, he can still take the case and will do it for me. We need to move fast and things in order to get Jasemine with us as soon as possible. This means we need the copies of the boy's birth certificates and they need to do a DNA test just like me to prove that we truly related and that all of us are more than old enough. I'll get copies of my bank statements and employment records to prove that I make more than enough to support her and myself and we have to sign approvals for background checks. Wait the boys don't have any felonies or criminal activities in their back ground that I need to know about before we do this? Because if they do this could be a little more difficult. Not, that I doubt Josh's skills, but I just want to know what we might be facing while we are doing this." I stopped and looked at them.

Javier looks at me and says " No, the boys are clean and they knew better then to try anything because they were warned that if they did then we wouldn't cover them for everything any more and they would have to get jobs to help cover all their bills, food, and every other thing that they wanted on top of going to school. But if they stayed clean then we would not only cover their apartment and all their bills and schooling and whatever else they wanted. Including all their toys and entertainment of any sort that wasn't illegal." he just snorted after that. I know from the look in my eyes and my facial expression showed that I understood that Brandon and Eric understood and took the deal seriously. If nothing else from the look in Javier's eyes as he was saying it that those two didn't even think about going against it once.

" Ok, then well lets get this started and then you two big strong strapping guys can help me pack my stuff up so I'm ready to go by tomorrow afternoon. I'm not worried about the furniture right now but I will need most of my belongings and that and most of my kitchen except the big stuff. The furniture and everything else that I wont need can stay here for now. The house is paid off and completely mine so I don't have to worry about moving to storage or anything like that and maybe later on I can just clean it up and use it as a vacation home or rent it out or something. I don't know we will see later on first lets find me a place back home and call Josh then we can worry about the packing and prepping the house for my leaving." I say. They both look at me and shake their heads in agreement and then Xavier pulls out his phone along with Javier following suit. Xavier looks at me and says " I'm going through to see if I have Josh's new contact information and the two of you can see if you can find any place that will be available within the next couple of days for move in and at least furnished with appliances and easy utility set up. sound good to both of you?" I just look at him in shock because I have never seen my little brother being this commanding and bossy before and I'm gonna admit that maybe it does look a little good on him and show's me that he truly has grown up a lot since I have been gone and I missed all his growth and that makes me just a little sad. But, who is to say that he would still have grown that way if I had stayed instead of running away.

About five minutes later Xavier says " Yes, I have it. Do you want me to call him and notify him of the situation and your request or do you want to do it your self Tyra I can send you his contact information now?" I looked at and replied " I will call him just send me his contact information so that if I need it later on then I will have it regardless." fifteen seconds later my phone chimed in my hand while I was reading information on a little three bedroom two bath cottage on beach front property about ten minutes away from Brandon and Eric's condo (not apartment) like guys called it. The cottage was also only twenty five minutes from the club house and her other siblings and it was definitely in her price range with what she makes as a freelance cyber security hacker for the government and freelance Networking and Database designer and coordinator. She makes more than enough money for herself and all the rest of her siblings for the rest of their lives and still have money to spare and pass on later on down the road. Any way I set aside the cottage information and decide I'm going to call Josh first the fast I get this process started the sooner Jasemine and be brought out of the state system and with family who will love her and take care of her. I dial the number from the contact information sent to me. The phone rings and then I hear a click and a semi deep timbre of a male voice answer the phone saying " Josh Hairres, who is this and how did you get this information?"
