"This is alive?! It has a soul, but..." Ainz said with a surprised pikachu face. "Is this... some type of soul... fragment? " The undead looked at Mahito who was nodding.

"Sukuna in the flesh. " Mahito said before getting the finger back. He then changed his expression to a funny face and pretended to read an invisible book.

"Once upon a time, there was a very very bad man who created chaos and discord around the land. He was know as Ryomen Sukuna. " Mahito explained with a high-pitched voice with a lot of emphases on the name.

"He was a very bad man indeed, who killed, murdered, r***d and etcetera etcetera etcetera. After a long life of causing harm, the people gathered all of their power and after a long battle they killed him. Only... he didn't truly die." Mahito gave a small pause for dramatic effect.

"You see, the man had become so evil that his essence became a curse. Even though he was dead, Sukuna continued to exist in the form of 20 cursed objects, his fingers, patiently waiting until someone compatible would appear and he could once again walk the earth. The end. " Mahito explained.

"And this Itadori is the compatible one? Are you saying that Sukuna has no control over the body and can't do anything without permission? " Ainz asked without showing any interest in the theatrical display Mahito just did. "Sukuna is just a dead curse holding on to a meat suit who does what it wants? "

"Basically, yes. But he's the strongest that there is. Gojo included. " Mahito said as he started to walk towards Junpei's room. "I'll use Junpei to get Itadori to give control to Sukuna. Simple." Mahito said.

'Making Sukuna indebted to the curses and Geto. Will this even work? ' Ainz thought.

Mahito left Ainz thinking in the kitchen and walked over to Junpei's room.

"Junpei? Are you there? " Mahito said while knocking on the door.

The door flew open and Junpei immediately looked into his eyes.

"Can it be done? Can Momonga bring my mom back?!" The boy asked.

"Why don't we sit down first and I'll explain. Momonga is gonna take a bit more time, but I can tell you what happened. " Mahito said.

They both sat on the bed. Mahito pulled out the red finger he picked up from the floor and explained what it was.

"Why is something like this in my house? " Junpei asks while staring at the object.

"There are a lot of people who place curses for profit. They use things like this cursed object to do it. Do you know someone like that? Do you know someone who would do that to your mother? " Mahito asked.

Junpei's expression turned cold for a moment. 'Very nice. ' Mahito thought as he saw his plans bearing fruit.

"I'm done examining. "

They both heard Aniz saying. The undead walked into the room and looked at the boy.

"Junpei. " Ainz said.

Junpei swallowed anticipation of the result. Either his mother was about to be brought back from the dead or she was dead dead.

"Junpei, I won't beat around the bush. Her body is a terrible condition. Bringing your mother back is impossible. " Ainz said.

' I'm sorry, kid. But I'm not using Whish Uppon A Start to try and bring your mother back. I'll just purify the body and bury it.' Ainz thought.

Junpei slowly lowered his head.

"Are you saying that you could have brought her back had she not been killed in that way? " Mahito asked. He showed a very small smile towards Ainz who nodded.

'I'm not gonna get in the way of the curses. Let them do as they may. For now... But when I change my mind...' Ainz thought.

"Had she been shot or stabbed? Yes. The fact that she was killed with Cursed Energy and left in that state makes it impossible to bring her back. If I were to try she would become undead like me. " Ainz explained.

'Wow, is he for real?' Mahito thought. 'Geto did say Momonga's Cursed Technique could be something even more special than my own, but to bring someone back from the dead?'

Junpei's face lit up after Ainz was done explaining.

"If she comes back like you that means I'll still get to..."

"She's not gonna be the mother you knew." Ainz intettupted Junpei. "Even if I brought her back intending to give her the most amount of sentience possible she would not behave like she once did. If not immediately, given enough time, she would become someone else entirely. Not to mention she would be 100% loyal to me. "

The room became silent for a good minute before Mahito spoke up.

"Whether you are going to bring her back or not. There's something else you need to decide first. " Mahito said. "The guy who cursed your mother. What are you gonna do about him?"

Junpei looked straight into Mahito's eyes.

"He has to die." The boy said in a calm and reasonable matter.

'Yes. He's complete now. I'll need to do is to add Itadori Yuji to the picture and then... ' Mahito thought as he nodded.

'So gullible. ' Ainz thought as he shook his head.

"I'll take your mother's corpse and keep it in case you decide to do it later, we'll discuss the payment then. For now, just call the police and tell them that she's missing you came back, saw the blood, and called them. Try to be convincing don't say too much." Ainz said as he turned his back to the boy.

"Careful not to leave any traces or the jujutsu sorcerers could misunderstand the situation, Momonga. " Mahito said.

"Jujutsu Sorcerers?" Junpei asked. He got up and summoned his shikigami.

"Mahito. If I go ahead and take revenge on the dude who cursed my mother, will the jujutsu sorcerers get in the way or come after me later? " Junpei asked.

"It is very likely. If they find you a fight will break out and you'll have to beat them up. Don't worry though. I've changed a few things in your brain and made it so you can fight." Mahito said as he smiled at the boy.

Junpei looked at Mahito and shooked his head.

"It's not good enough. " Junpei said before walking out of the bedroom.

'What is he planning? ' Mahito thought.

The boy went to the kitchen where he found Ainz pulling the cursed energy he realized back into himself. His mother's corpse was already gone.

"Don't worry. I'll keep it safe until you decide, Junpei. " Ainz said.

"Momonga..." Junpei looked at the bloodstained floor and table. He turned his gaze at Ainz and said: "I thought that I only carried about one thing. My mother. But now that she's gone I realized something else. I want... Revenge."

Ainz stood there watching the scene unfold silently. Junpei walked over to his mother's cigarette pack that she used to hide behind the plates inside a drawer. He grabbed it and started sobbing.

"Let's make a deal. " Junpei said after he spent a few moments calming himself.

Ainz's eyes flashed red when he heard that.

"A deal? " The undead asked. "What do you have in mind? "

"I want you to give me some extra power to get my revenge. Like you did back when I was practicing. And then I want you to bring my mother back from the dead." Junpei said as he placed the cigarette pack back in the drawer.

"As I told you before I'll not take responsibility if it fails. " Ainz said as he stroked his chin. " And in return? What will you give me?" Ainz asked.

"Whether my mother comes back like an undead or not. You can have me and my mother. That's your payment. "

Momonga's eye flahsed red.
