When he woke, his face was buried in Cove’s shirt. Ciaran smelled of the sea. A new rhythm to his days emerged. After working out in the morning with the soldiers, he would be escorted by Kwan and Kalani to the observatory. After, Cove and Ciaran would not part. They would talk in Cove’s room and enjoy dinner.
