The Young Night
The music was pulsing through her bones, all of her senses fully immerged with the singing in her veins is the alcohol she's been drinking the whole night.
Her eyes drifted towards the man who was staring at her for the past hour. His watched her every move and that sent a delightful tingle through her body.
The man was by far the most striking person in the whole club, even in the semi-darkness anyone can recognize the sharp jaw and piecing blue eyes.
And even though many have approached the man, he simply waved them off and continued to follow Mia with a burning gaze.
Seeing as the man was clear interested, Mia turned towards the table her friends were at and seeing them occupied with a group of men now sitting at the table, she left the dance floor walking towards the mystery man.
The man saw her approach and seemed to smile a bit, he turned to the bartender and ordered something and by the time Mia reached him he has leaned back and was gesturing to the open chair next to his.
"Staring at a girl from afar doesn't magically make them appear in front of you." Mia said as she slid into the chair, her eyes slowly racking up and down the mans body.
The man chuckled and reached out, brushing a lock of her brown hair, "I thought I should admire first." He said this as he kept his finger around the lock and staring at Mia's brown brown eyes. "I find that your beauty is to be studied before anything."
The longer they stared at each other Mia had the urge to jump into the mans arms right there and then. There were so many things she wanted to do but the thoughts were interrupted by the bartender putting drinks in front of them.
Mia saw that the drink was the one she has been drinking, and turned back to look at the man a smile on her lips. "So are we going to sit here and just stare into each other's eyes untill the sun comes out?" She asked and took a sip of her drink.
The blue eyed man dropped his fingers from her hair to her shoulder, slowly letting his fingers brush against her skin, dragging down her arm.
The sensation of his cold fingers was something she wasn't expecting with how hot the club was, but it was not unpleasant.
"Most women ain't usually this eager to leave with a man they just met." He said with eyes burning with lust and something close to hunger.
At the back of her mind Mia knew what she was doing could potentially go wrong in many ways but she couldn't bring herself to care, she just wanted to live in the moment.
So with a giggle she leaned her body towards the man and when their faces were close, she pressed her lips against his.
The kiss was brief, her warm lips against his weirdly cold ones. And when she pulled back the mans hand has sprung out and circled her waist, his eyes have darkened.
"So are we getting out of here."
That question was the thing is the man wanted to here, because in a second he was up and pulling Mia along, leaving their drinks there.
Mia was going to ask if they were not going to pay but looked back and saw that the bartender didn't even blink.
With a shrug, she kept walking with the man and when they got to the stairs that lead to the private rooms.
At the beginning of the stairs the man pulled Mia flush against his body and started kissing her. This kiss was a lot more feverish, their lips moved against each other, hands sliding and gripping wherever they could reach.
Mia was already running hot, between her legs she was already running hot and wanted nothing more than to disappear behind one of the room doors.
She was so deep into the sensation that she didn't realize they have entered one of the rooms till she felt her legs hitting the bed.
She pulled back slightly and looked at the mysterious man, seeing his perfectly sculptured face one and that sealed it for her.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The first thing Mia felt when she opened her eyes was a head splitting headache.
Then the soreness that hit across her body, more specifically her lower back and legs.
With a groan, she turned from her side onto her back. Looking at the unfamiliar ceiling she let out a sigh of regret.
Of course the guy had left.
She groaned again sitting up, and turned to look at the clock that was sitting on the wall. The clock showed that it was 6am.
Sliding out of bed, Mia felt her stomach slip and almost vomited.
She took a deep breath and let the rooms air wash over her naked body. Looking around the room for her clothes she saw that there were a pair of jeans and a white t-shirt laying in the armchair.
At first she was confused as to why she couldn't find her clothes, then remembered the night before. The man's large hands ripping her dress of her body in one motion, the move left red lines on her shoulders where the straps were.
She quickly took the clothes and put them on. They weren't a perfect size but fitted well enough.
She found her phone under the bed and her shoes at the other side of the room. She quickly put them on and turned on her phone.
The moment her phone got a full signal a number of missed calls flooded in, all of them from her friends.
With a grimace from both the headache and the guilt of not letting her friends know where she was, she called a taxi and started to walk towards the door.
As she walked past, she saw herself in a mirror. Her hair was a mess, fizzy and everywhere, she tried to comb her fingers through the locks when she saw something on the side of her neck.
She turned to her side and saw the mark.
It was a bite mark.
That basted has bitten her, and his teeth went deep.
She didn't remember when this happened. And when she tried to think of it her memories blurred and another wave of pain washed over her.
With a deep breath she left the room and hurried out of the club. The moment fresh morning air hit her face, it was like something shifted and all of the sudden she felt very weak, her vision became fuzzy and her ears popped.
She launched to the side and started vomiting.
"Mam are you okay?" A voice behind her asked.
She turned and saw it was the bartender from yesterday, she gave him a tired look and waved him off not having enough energy to talk.
He looked at her with concern but kept his distance. The taxi arrived and she quickly got inside.
As the car drove away, she turned back and looked out the window and saw the bartender was still looking at her. With pity in his eyes.
