My eyes shot open to a loud shout.
I found myself lying on my bed comfortably. I had fallen asleep while I was planning the next phase of my plan.
But now I had been disturbed by a commotion in the hallway.
“Stop, no!” I heard Aubrey's panicked voice yell loudly.
I sprang from the bed in alarm,
“What is going on?” I muttered to myself with a frown, shaking off my lethargy.
Immediately alert, I rushed out of the room, barely managing to shut the door as I gasped at the sight before me.
