“Kay, here.” Hearing Raum’s cold voice nearly made me jump out of my skin. I quickly turned to my right and just barely made out his silhouette.
“Holy s**t, it’s dark outside,” I commented as I walked towards him. Once I was close enough, I could see that he was frowning. How hadn’t his perfect little face gotten any wrinkles yet?
“We don’t have much time,” he said, already taking off. I hurried my pace to keep up with him. I couldn’t let him out of my sights, cause I’d lose him instantly if I looked away and I’d never recover from the embarrassment.
