I groan as I slide out of the Town car that Dimitri sent to pick me up. For whatever reason, he had left early and decided not to pull me out of practice. An apologetic voicemail was all I received and as pouty as I am about being away from him for so long, that was better than nothing. I almost shake my head when I remind myself that space is supposed to do us good. Space. That's what I need to talk to him about. "Thanks so much," I tell the driver before shutting the door and listening to him drive off the gravel drive behind me.
