Chapter 22 Ted and Sheila found Radar Leveque's apartment off outer Congress St. behind the shopping center. It was a well maintained three story block that must have had about a dozen apartments. Checking the list of tenants near the front entrance, they saw he lived on the second floor, apartment 208. They found the entry way to be very clean and well maintained. There was an industrial grade gray carpet on the floor and a stair runner to match. The railing was old, ornate and sturdy. Taking the steps two at a time, Ted was anxious to get this over with. Sheila followed, more than able to keep up. They each took a position on opposite sides of the door. Wrapping lightly, Ted watched for a shadow to appear in the peep hole. None appeared, but they could hear movement inside. So
