UNTIL WHEN CHAPTER 14

"This is where you will be staying for the time being as you wait for your graduation ceremony. From there, you will then decide whether to go back to Africa or stay here." Mark said when they got into a small apartment. He had picked her up from school after they were released.

" Thanks a lot." she said with a smile.

"And by the way, the NEC Administration wants to meet you on Monday evening.I'll send you the address or pick you if that's okay with you."

"Sure, I'll be there, I'll just take a cab." she said and Mark left.

Sainapei checked all the rooms and for sure, the house was just great for her. It was her first time to own a house of such a kind and yes,

"Another beginning." she said with a loud whisper to before she had coffee.

Indeed it was.Away from school and now in the world. The cruel life that had taken all her loved ones, the world which was not going to give her a smooth experience. Her life was now on her own palms and she was either going to let go or move on and wisely, she made a decision to move on.

At 6:00.p.m the following Monday, Sainapei dressed up and took a cab to the address Mark had sent her. Lately, she had not communicated with Martin and was already missing him, so she took her cellphone and dialed his number but it wasn't reachable.

Thirty minutes later, they packed outside a classic hotel. Sainapei paid for the drive then walked straight to the entrance and surprisingly, she saw Martin.He was dressed in a black shining suit.To be honest,he looked more good looking than before. When he saw her, he gave that same look he had given her back at campus when they bumbed into each other, no, when he held Sainapei in his arms tightly. That look made her draw maps on the ground with her legs. She had warn long black dress that swept the floor clean from all sides. Her black flat shoes and small handbag matched making her look more gorgeous than she was already.

'Finally, you are here." Martin said when he approached her and gave her a kiss on her cheeks.

" Wait,you knew I was coming?" Sainapei was surprised.

"I actually saw your name on the guest list.Welcome to the party."

"Party?"

"Yes, it's a celebration for all the scholars sponsored by NEC from Africa who have finally achieved their dreams.' Martin explained.

" Party, this is a joke." she said looking at herself thoroughly.

"Darling, your are staunning, all you need bow is just a smile to complete your goddess beauty."

"Martin," she tried to pool him back but he took Sainapei's arm and they magestically walked into the hotel. It was full of beautiful and intelligent young ladies and gentlemen.

They enjoyed the party together and got to know different people Her graduation was in two days time and she so excited.After the party, Martin drove her home since it was already late in the night. They chatted a lot about may things.When Sainapei was left in the apartment, she smiled proudly at herself.She was so excited about everything, party, and the graduation.

Finally, the D-Day arrived, the graduation ceremony. Sainapei received her certificate with a broad smile. Mark and the whole council that had sponsored her gave her so many gifts congratulating her on her achievement. Martin was also there, right beside her and he also gave her a special gift.

"What's that face?" Martin asked as they were having their lunch.

" I just wish that all my loved ones were here to witness my success." Sainapei said sadly. " Listen, wherever they are right now, they are so proud of you." "You are right, but I miss them a lot."

"I understand and the best you can give them is to stay strong and happy." Martin said and embraced her tightly for sometime and Sainapei stopped crying.

That evening, they went to Sainapei's apartment and that was when she told Martin her story.

"I'm sorry to know that." he said.

"It has just been a lonely successful life.

It was indeed but at least now she had a friend, someone to talk to.They spent most times together, having fan, watching movies, reading novels until one day at Martin's house, he said to Sainapei,

"Sainapei, I'm not sure if this is the right time to say this but I have to say it now.From the very beginning when I set my eyes on you, I felt something unusual, something I've never felt before. Remember that day I held you when you were almost falling, that day I realized that I was started to like you. Evey single day we spent together, I felt in love with you more and more. I love you so much, Sainapei."

Sainapei looked at Martin straight in the eye and kissed him on the lips,

"So do I, I love you too Martin."

Martin then gave her another warm and beautiful kiss and they made love on his bed.
