‘ You remember everything?! ‘ Chase screamed pain evident in his voice but there was no way I was letting my emotions control me , not again . During a discussion about an upcoming project in his office between him and I , I remembered something ‘ Chase ?’ I called quickly drawing his full attention ‘ can I ask a question outside of work ?’ I sought permission and he nodded ‘ don’t you have a fiancée ?’ I asked my eyes searching for his reaction and I guess his reaction exceeded my expectations .
