Farewell party at Tombasi village.

After all the problems at Marando was over, the chief of Tombasi has ordered the people of his village and also sent a message that was passed by a runner to the new village chief of Marando, that there would be a farewell party with the group, of Spencers girlfriend, and the chief sent back a reply that his village would be there on behalf of supporting their son Spencer,so they are all coming. The chief arranged that the party would start at 4:00 pm due to their travel back to Sandry island that it is best they travel back at 6:00 pm.

The group arrived at Tombasi area on boat from Marando village and were given mats to rest a while before the party starts, Then while the group was resting, the village was preparing all the food and busy decorating the party area. At 3:45 the party music boomed loud and woke the visitor's from their sleep; Spencer, was with the chief of Tombasi, preparing the music system under a huge canvas roof they had errected for the DJ system's and when the girl's and their elder sister Monic woke up, they ran to the window of the rest house and curiously watched what was being done outside. The village girl's were all arranging the foods on the table, the men were organising the sitting benches by lining up short posts and timbers laying from one post to the other. They made long benches of more than 20 rows.

Then the chief announces through the microphone, that the guests are needed at the party, to start off imediately and the girls and Monic;( who came along with the girl's earlier to the rescue of her sister Maera,) and Flora walked over and found their places to sit.

Maera sat next to Monic and Flora and Moira and Diane and Betty ; they all filled up on one side of the front bench, then all the people of Marando village, filling up the benches behind the women, and Tombasi viĺagers refilling the spaces after the Marandos. The two chief's of Tombasi and Marando, were standing in front of the audience; Spencer was sitting next to the music system's, controlling the mick.First the chief of Tombasi gave his speech, all acknowledging Moira and her group for taking such wise move's, and as a result of their organised plan, all has ended well, and has actually built a bond of connection as never been done before between these two villages.Let us ask their leader Moira, to stand, so everyone may give a round of aplause; Moira stood up, and clapping was booming with shouts of praises from both villages. Moira raised her hands, and the noise quietened; I want to tell you that one of us,was the brave one, and that is my sister here, and our best friend Flora, when Maera saw they were collecting one or two women from each houses, she marched to the men, herself, so Flora had to run behind her, then Maera stood up and spoke, yes but all because I know my sister here is so good in organising and planning but if she was taken by the men, I wouldnt know what to do so I went so that my sister would be free to organise a rescue plan thank you my sister, and she went to her sister and hugged her while her tears were flowing. Spencer saw her crying and came over and took her to one side, and told her, that if she ever gave herself as sacrifice again, she would find what he would do with her, she started laughing, and in the tent clapping and cheering exploded and the cheif of Marando said, Last of all on behalf of the Marando village, I give my sincere apology to my son Spencer, and to Maera, for everything thats being done; no said Maera, it was something that was planned to make this connection of the two villages to become united in love and collaboration, and every one cheered again, saying yes, unity yes unity. The chief of Tombasi said "party starts" so music blasted and the party flowed.

Spencer controlled the music DJ and Maera sat beside him watching, the men and women dancing, all the while whooping cries echoed from the dancers, Monic and Moira were dancing together and laughing, oh what a wonderfull time just after a dreadfull time, and two villages, just on the brink of killing each other, enjoying the most loving moment together.Spencer, called Hadi, who was dancing with Flora, and Hadi came over, holding Flora's hands, come on boy your turn, as he stood up from his seat, Hadi replaced him and Flora, replaced Maera, what did I say? eyes arching up at Maera and Maera laughed, it is my pleasure, making a mocking curtesy to Flora, and Spencer took Maera's hands, and pulled her to the dancing crowd.

Spencer danced with Maera, and Moira and Monic came and danced around the two of them and laughing happily together. After one dance, a server girl came with a plate for her and one for Spencer, and looking outside saw an empty table with chairs, and without waiting, put her arms into Spencers arms and said, come lets go eat there; tugging Spencer and as they sat down, Spencer, looked at Maera and asked her, Maera, then as Maera looked at him and said "yes ! what is it my charming prince?" How can I be of help?

Ohh smiled Spencer maybe; we eat first okay? Maera bending on her plate, said "okay for me cos now I am really starving" ohh Im sorry my beautiful angel; then what are you waiting for? eat my love, eat we have many times to talk in Sandry, now lets eat.

After eating they took a walk to the beach and sat down under the shade of a big tree, side by side, they sat Maera
