Letters from the Beyond

"I seek love," thus recited the neon sign on the road with its two guys and the girl in love with each other. She too, Gala, an alien from planet X, living on Earth, very small, sought love among humans. She sought her Earthling, the one who would love her and protect her, with whom she would have a happy life, children. Instead, she found only hate and meanness. Often ridiculed for her appearance, her solitude, she became the target of mockery among happy couples. Boys and girls had fun rubbing salt in her open, bleeding wound, emphasizing her impossible hope for a happy relationship. “No one wants you, haha,” “The unlucky one, haha,” “Still looking? Haha,” “You’re a poor illusion, who will want you, have you seen yourself? Haha.” She was condemned to walk alone, country after country, where she went, the refrain was always the same, only the language changed. Years went by, and she realized her dream had not been fulfilled. She had achieved nothing on Earth. She found herself alone, with no one in her life, poor, almost homeless, her life practically over. The worst was the lack of love throughout her life. No one had ever wanted to love her, protect her, make her feel important. She had always lived with neglect, devaluation, mistreatment. Never a constructive relationship, never listened to, understood, or considered, only rejection, refusal from everyone. Always depreciated, never knowing exactly why. Why did she disturb everyone so much? Why was she always kept away, never invited anywhere? She couldn’t party like others, always forced to live in solitude, in the dark of her infinite sadness, dreaming of the end of this nightmare and of a new radiant life that never arrived. This was constantly on her mind, without finding a solution, without any hope of escape. Her final decision was made. She would move toward the light. She would finally take the last path toward another life, freed from the weight of earthly burdens that had completely destroyed her. In the silence of her life, with no more motivation, she would go to a hidden place, stay there until the arrival of the light flow that would guide her toward immortality, where she would no longer be ridiculed or unloved. Her heart would no longer bleed from the pain caused by her open wound. She would be with other beings, in perfect communion of spirit and conviviality. Why continue to live in poverty and mental and material misery dictated by other minds who only wanted to destroy her to achieve their goal? She wanted to free herself from the weight accumulated throughout her life, now unbearable. She leaves all her baggage of pain and suffering, of ongoing disillusionments, here on Earth, to go to a place where her heart can heal and live beyond the life humans had forced her to live until now."
