As the Golden Globes came to a close for the night, the major parties became the highlight of the evening. Less than sixty seconds after James Cameron took the stage to receive Best Dramatic Movie for "Titanic," all of the people filed out of the awards site at the Beverly Hills Hilton and began to greet the party extravaganza. As the brand new Golden Globe winner, tonight was obviously a great PR opportunity that Margaret couldn't miss. After the ceremony, of course, the major Hollywood companies would not let go of such a great publicity opportunity, and have paid out of their own pockets to pack the rest of the halls of the Beverly Hilton Hotel, inviting actors, industry insiders, and the night's nominees and winners to party to their heart's content. Warner Brothers, Weinstein, Fox, HBO, Paramount, five big parties at the same time, just like a large public relations war. The good thing is that they're all in the Hilton Hotel, so the crosstalk is pretty easy. Margaret, in her three-inch heels, was leaving the Warner Bros. party for a transfer to HBO. Margo is clearly the most talked about actress of the night, and even though it's now early in the morning and she inevitably feels tired, it's all she can do to maintain her elegant and courteous demeanor and accept everyone's well wishes. She'll have to make the rounds at tonight's party to earn the exposure she needs to hit the PR front for the Oscars to come. By the way, she'll even have to hold the trophy in her hand and talk back and forth with major company executives. And her agent, Mr. Brian Lord, who has it no easier than she does, is running all over the place for the next Oscars public relations. The moment Margo left the Fox ballroom and entered the Weinstein party, she was immediately cheered by the entire room. Harvey Weinstein had champagne in his hand to congratulate her, and the smile on his face couldn't have been more genuine. As Margaret walked out of the Weinstein party, Brian Lord was sweetly reassuring her, "Darling, I'm afraid these parties end at four in the morning at the earliest, and you, tonight, will have to be perfectly groomed at all times, and that's not going to be too easy." "Don't worry, I've been known to wear a thirteen-inch metal corset for nine hours in response to a party." Margo picked up the corners of her mouth, looking elegant and condescending. Brian was very surprised, "Thirteen inches?" Margo just smiled at her and didn't explain too much. Her mother, Queen Dowager Catherine, ostracized thick waists at court functions, even exaggerating that the ideal waistline for a woman was thirteen inches (about 33 centimeters), but she herself had a forty-centimeter waistline. Queen Dowager Catherine and Queen Elizabeth I, both of whom were strong advocates of girding the waist in the European court of the aristocracy, up to several centuries to influence women's fashion style. Constructed of lace and whalebone or metal skeletons, the girdle forced women's normal waist circumference to shrink to 38 to 43 centimeters, or even thinner, and many women even starved themselves to death doing just that. And from time to time, Margaret was required by Catherine to wear a thirteen-inch corset, and at first she suspected that she was about to be strangled to death by the thing. But Catherine didn't care about that, she would only be proud of her perfect daughter at the party. When Margo walks into the party hosted by Paramount, she unexpectedly notices that the center of attention in the crowd is the cast of Titanic. The movie, a co-production between 20th Century Fox and Paramount, was expected to make Paramount, which had generously dropped $60 million, a lot of money before long. As for 20th Century Fox, it is estimated that the intestines are repenting, knowing that the film is full of strength, is to spend more money to carry down, but now to let Paramount to get a piece of the pie. Think also know, Paramount today's party, naturally will be "Titanic" as the guest of honor. "Look, here's our Best Actress," Paramount Pictures Group Chairman Shirley Lansing, graciously exchanging a pasty salute with Margo, "The Weinstein brothers are really moving fast, and by the time Paramount's distributing producer was trying to get director Truffaut to talk about working with him, Harvey was all but on a contracted return to L.A. airplane." Shirley Lansing is the first woman in Hollywood history to lead the eight major film groups, the annual "Women's Rights in Hollywood" list was set up specifically in her name "Shirley Lansing Leadership Award". Margaret received the Golden Globes for many years with the Moet & Chandon champagne, clinking glasses with her, "Titanic can be more commercially viable than countless literary films." That's true, the classically beautiful young man named Leonardo is joining the great ship as an incredible beauty to moviegoers around the world. Brian Lord was soon talking to Shirley Lansing about the big events in Hollywood, while Margo was ready to find a corner to rest for a few minutes. Leaning against the floor-to-ceiling windows with a stunning view, Margaret was surprised to see the millionaire beauty boy, walking towards her with a cocktail in his hand. His eyebrows were narrow and long, and he looked classically sophisticated. He is not like many Hollywood male stars sculpture-like features, nor female feminine, and not a one-dimensional aristocratic temperament, but the charming air of a fluttering young man, extremely natural and offbeat, without any artifice. Cameron was asked in an interview why he chose Leonardo to play Jack, and Cameron replied - When he came to audition for the role, the female crew members in the room were unusually excited, and that was never the case. It's true, there may be male celebrities who are more handsome than him, but Leonardo DiCaprio really is attractive for no reason. Compared to him, you would think that many of Hollywood's highly regarded and handsome male stars have become tacky and mediocre. Leonardo handed her the Bloody Mary in his hand and took the sip of champagne from her hand himself. "This drink was also born in Paris." The smile at the corner of Mr. Millionaire's mouth could drive girls all over the world crazy. The Bloody Mary was first made at Harry's New York in Paris in the 1920s, and interestingly enough, it was shortly after that that the United States, on the other side of the world, enacted the ridiculous Prohibition of Alcohol. During Prohibition, Bloody Marys were served in American speakeasies. Margaret hadn't expected him to remember the joke. Perhaps the bartender should be complimented on his excellence; the Bloody Mary looked extraordinarily blood-like, with the sweet aroma of tomato juice and the hot spice from the vodka quivering on the tongue and between the teeth in a very tangled mess. This fresh, exciting cocktail with complex ingredients is like a queenly, delicate beauty. And Margaret was looking at the rising A-list actor in front of her, the world was unfair, seeing as he was about to work a miracle, and he was so good looking. Margo held up her glass, "I've heard that so far, 7% of American teenage girls have seen Titanic at least twice." "My pleasure," Leo brought the champagne in his hand that had once belonged to Margo to his lips, "You're a teenage girl too aren't you?" Margaret raised an eyebrow, "I'm probably the 93%" Leo spoke with feigned displeasure, "You didn't see it all over again, did you? I went to the movies three times to see Adele, fully armed and dodging paparazzi in order to support you." Margaret winked, "You were charming when you chanted that I was king of the world." Leo exhaled deeply, his tone low, "That was a shot from the trailer-" Margaret fell silent, she couldn't say that she was too busy traveling to cities to collect awards during awards season that she really didn't have time to sit in a movie theater for three hours. The rest of the time, the Oscar lobbying regime was almost on the verge of robbing her of sleep. The classically beautiful boy could hardly imagine the girl's lack of concern for her as he took Margo by the wrist, "Now go watch." "What?" The Bloody Mary in Margaret's hand nearly spilled. Leo looked at her and said, word for word, "You need to watch Titanic three times." Margaret: Has he had too much to drink and lost his mind a bit? She looked at the millionaire carefully for a moment and realized that his beautiful blue eyes were wet and extraordinarily attractive, but clearly had a drunken haze. So how was she supposed to handle the drunken pretty boy in front of her? Where had Brian Lord gone? It was three in the morning and most of the people at the party were no longer quite sober. As Mr. 10,000 Maniacs brought the newly minted movie star away close to coercion, they both also nearly stepped on a TV star who had drunk herself into a stupor and was lying on the floor. Geez, this isn't a passionate party with heroin, these guys are getting a little too excited, aren't they? Probably all going to sleep at home tomorrow. In the parking lot of the Hilton, Margaret was stopping Leo's preparations to start the sports car. "Leo, you're totally drunk, you can't drive right now, and I don't want to jump out of a car just to stay alive." "You have to go see the movie I'm starring in," the pretty boy's wet blue eyes were looking at her pitifully, "It's okay, you jump, I'll jump." Margaret: "......"
