Chapter 60“You’re making one hell of a mistake.” Riley knew a simple statement like that would never work. It only ever has an impact on punk kids who are trying to impress other punk kids by pushing a gun in someone’s face. Still, he had to try. “I’m not so sure about that. Start walking.” “Well light cardio is always good for the body. Mind telling me the destination of our leisurely stroll?” “Parking building across the street, third level.” The gun pushed a little harder into his back before backing off. “Now start walking!” Riley stepped off at a reasonable pace. He didn’t want to arouse suspicion at the wrong time as that would result in catching a bullet. Even if the first couple of bullets wouldn’t get past his vest, the third one would almost certainly be aimed at his head.
