In a world where darkness hides deep within the soul, and fear becomes a constant companion, two broken hearts meet—seeking salvation.

Raine — a predator with the eyes of a child, whose gaze holds pain, longing, and the fear of being understood. His world is cold and lonely, where every mistake is a sentence.

Diana — a bright spark in the endless night, a woman who sees not a monster, but a lost boy still waiting for love and rescue.

When their lips met, it was not a surge of passion — it was a gentle prayer for forgiveness, the thinnest thread of hope stretched through the darkness.

In this silence, filled with trembling and hesitation, their truest battle begins — a fight not with the outside world, but with themselves.

Will love awaken the one who has forgotten how to trust? Or will the past forever close the doors of the heart?

Dive into a story of fragile hope, the power of forgiveness, and the courage to be vulnerable.

Chapter 1: The Note with a Name
— The new girl’s late again, — muttered waitress Kim, adjusting the name tag on her apron. — Feels like she’s getting ready for a fashion show, not coming to work at a café. She should be walking the runway, not running around with a tray. — Yeah, — Ellie replied sarcastically, stirring her tea with a spoon. — She always shows up so... polished. Like money just spills out of her bag. Though I heard her mom’s sick, and they’re barely making ends meet. The girls exchanged meaningful glances. The tension in the air thickened. They didn’t like Diana. Too beautiful. Too confident. Too silent to ever be considered “one of them.” But worst of all — she didn’t even try to fit in. At that moment, the door burst open. Diana walked into the café, flipping her hair over her shoulder with effortless grace. She wore a black fitted top, perfect jeans, and ankle boots so stylish that Ellie’s heart clenched with envy. — Morning, — Diana said curtly, not even glancing at the girls, and made her way to the counter. — Oh, right! — Kim suddenly lit up, as if remembering something. — Someone left this for you. Said it was especially for you. Maybe a secret admirer? — she smirked and tossed an envelope onto the counter. — Didn’t think people like that still existed. On the front were just two words: Diana Rey. Diana narrowed her eyes but didn’t respond. Silently, she tore the edge of the envelope and pulled out a thick white sheet. No love declarations. No compliments. Only one sentence: > "You’re no longer invisible." Her fingers tightened around the paper, and something stirred painfully in her chest. Who wrote this? And why did that one line send a chill down her spine? --- The next morning, he walked into the café. The one they all whispered about. Tall. Cold. As if he had stepped right out of a glossy magazine. Black shirt, perfectly pressed slacks, and those eyes — icy, distant. His gaze swept the room, and instantly every waitress started fixing their hair and straightening their backs. — That’s him… — Kim whispered. — Oh my God, he came back again! — gasped Ellie, covering her mouth. — Why does he always ask for Diana to take his order? — It’s like the rest of us don’t even exist! — Kim snapped. — What, did Diana get under his skin or something? He moved slowly, confidently, as if the world had no choice but to make way for him. He approached the counter — and looked at only one person. — Are you always this grumpy in the morning? — he asked with a smirk, staring straight at Diana. — Are you always this full of yourself? — she shot back, holding his gaze. He raised an eyebrow slightly. Her defiance amused him. — Still... I like it when you take my order. — This is a café, not a stage. I’m not here to flirt. I’m here to work. — Pity, — he nearly whispered, taking his coffee. — It would’ve looked beautiful on you. And just like that, he turned and walked out — calm, unbothered. --- Kim bit her lip. — Who even is he? Why is he so interested in her? — They say he’s a billionaire. Or the son of some powerful politician. Or a CEO of some massive company. No one really knows, — Ellie whispered. — And her... — Kim hissed. — That Diana. She’s hiding something. That outfit, that hair. Why all of a sudden? Her mom’s supposed to be sick, yet she walks in here every day like she just came off the runway.
