"Stop it Adonis" I snarl turning my head to look out the window as I can't stand the feel of his eyes on me, just watching "Why are you on edge my female?" he questions, his hand reaching out and twirling a strand of my hair. I growl, turning to him and grabbing his wrist, removing my hair from his grip "Do not touch me" I hiss "It is because of that human, he isolated you and now you're always nervous, frightened of your own kind" Adonis says, taking another piece of hair but when I go to grab his wrist he clasps onto mine and pulls me forward so I'm pressed into his side.

"I have told you there is no need to be scared of any of us Corinna, it's time you started listening" he says, nuzzling into my neck whilst restraining my hands so I can't move away from him. "She simply doesn't like you Adonis, that's the problem" Apollo chuckles from the driver seat, Arion laughs with him agreeing from the passenger side.

Adonis growls, his hand reaching forward and clamping down onto Apollo's shoulder and in seconds a noise sounds, and Apollo shouts in agony. Adonis then brings his fist to Arion's face, breaking his nose with one strike before leaning back and tucking me into his side - I can do nothing but stay where he holds me, I can't move in his iron grip.

"You've injured our driver" I comment hearing the groans from both males in the front of the car "It is only a dislocated shoulder" Adonis shrugs "Drive better brother, or I will do the same to all your joints" he threatens, teeth flashing as he let's his wolf surge forward, his scent of pure Alpha male dominance saturating the car. Apollo holds the wheel wit his uninjured arm, unable to hold back the whimper from feeling Adonis' power - Arion's whimper is muffled by his hold on his gushing nose.

Adonis' chest rumbles as he leans down and drags his tongue along my neck, letting his teeth graze the skin making me still; he could either mark me or kill me in this moment - I want neither.

He pulls back kissing my forehead, my eyes carefully watch him as I anticipate a strike or something but this male simply stares back, no challenge in his eyes. I growl at him, flashing fang "Let me go" I order but he only raises a brow leaning forward until he's in my face, our noses touching his his hand entwining into the back of my hair pulling my hair back and tracing his fangs over my throat "You need to stop this behaviour my female, I am not only your Alpha but also your mate. You should and will respect me like I do you" he says, his teeth nibbling on the skin of my throat, tongue dragging from my jaw all the way down to the centre of my chest "You touch me without consent - that is not respect" I spit.

He raises his head, nuzzling my cheek softly before releasing me and I immediately scoot to the other side of the car, pressing myself against the door "I'm sorry my female, I cannot resist you" he says, his eyes trailing all over my healed body, a growl tumbles from his chest and his hand reaches over, resting on my thigh, I instantly swat him away but he adds pressure slightly "I just need to touch you, that is it. My hand will not move from here I promise you" he says, eyes boring into mine intensely. I remove my hand from his, wringing my hands in my lap as I decide to let him keep his hand on me but it has nerves building within me, anticipating for a hit any second, or at least for him to draw blood from me but he doesn't.

As we continue driving I begin to notice that I recognise this area; when we pull up to mine and Tom's house I can't contain my excitement as I turn to Adonis "Are you releasing me? Letting me go home?" I ask a small smile on my face. His expression is the complete opposite "This is not your home Corinna, not anymore. I had some wolves come here to pack some of your belongings, but my brother found something interesting that I want to question you about" he says, a huff of annoyance leaves me "Grow up my female" he snarls getting out of the car and opening my door for me. He extends his hand to me but I ignore it, going to step out of the car on my own until he stops me growling out his anger, his hand encases mine in a tight grip as he leads me into the house, greeting each wolf.

As soon as we enter the house I can still smell Tom's lingering scent mixed with mine - a few of his whores have their scent scattered around the house but it's engulfed by mine and his. Memories of our life together flash before my eyes, my heart constricts as the horrible moments trump the romantic, happy times that we had at the very beginning of our relationship.

Adonis brings his arm around me, pulling me into him and his other hand gently clasps my hand bringing it to his lips as he kisses it "Are you alright my female?" he questions, I growl snatching my hand from him and getting out of his grip "It is your fault I am upset, you killed my husband - the man I love" I sneer, his eyes darken but he doesn't respond for a few moments. I huff turning around and entering the living room where two males are sat, contaminating Tom's scent with their stench "Get out!" I growl, their eyes find mine with small smirks playing on their lips.

I sense Adonis coming behind me, his hand touching the base of my back but I step away from him with a growl of warning - he's touched me too much already. "You heard your Luna" is all he says which has them paling, swallowing and rushing out with a quick bow and apology to me.

He offers me his hand "Come, let's see how much your husband loved you then you can explain why you love that bastard" he says, grabbing my hand when I snuff his offer and he practically carries me up the stairs to mine and Tom's bedroom, the stench of my blood still strongly pungent from our last days together.

"Leave us brother" Adonis says to Atlas who was stood in the door way, following his brother's orders he leaves but not before his eyes find mine - as if what he's seen in that room has changed his view of me. I do not care of his opinion of me anyway.

Adonis takes me into the bedroom, shutting the door behind me as he walks to the foot of the bed "Is this what he used to burn your skin?" he question, his eyes going from mine to the blood stained silver slab, the pillow at the top soaked completely with my blood now a horrid red colour - it looks like a murder scene.

"Yes" I answer smoothly, hiding the emotions swirling inside of me - I hate that my last memory of Tom is him torturing me in this exact room where we used to make love, cuddle together. Then he used it to entertain other females, the only time I was welcomed here was for a f**k filled with torturous agony.

"And these?" he asks going to the bedside table looking at the silver blades dipped in my blood, whilst a large stain of my blood is stained into the flooring at his feet, my eyes flash back to seeing this as a fresh pool of the crimson liquid streaming out of my body for hours. "For the cuts covering your body?" he continues

"Did you believe that was him showing love?" he questions, I growl angrily "You don't know anything about our relationship!" my voice quivers with how much anger I'm feeling but he just stands staring at me, unaffected by my tone. "Your relationship was abusive - that is clear to see. You loved someone who hit you, tortured you, cheated on you is it wrong of me to wonder why you would love someone like that?" he asks - condescending prick.

"I loved him, I still love him no matter what he did I loved him - you don't know how it feels to be in love" I say "Do you think he loved you when he beat the s**t out of you Corinna? Or how about when he had other females in your bed? Their stench in the house shows how many he went through" he says in disgust, I scoff "What do you know about love Adonis?"

He stalks towards me and in an instant pins me against the wall "I know how it feels to love someone that doesn't care about you, that won't even give you a chance to prove you deserve their love. I know how it feels to love someone for years but they continue to hurt you and not care." he seethes "Who do you love? Me? You don't know me, you can't love me" I say, laughing in his face.

His hand grips my waist, the other pins my hands above my head whilst he uses his body to press me against the wall "I loved you the moment I saw you even though I knew you were without honour, and that you had given your virtue to a human - I didn't care because I knew I loved you. Seeing your bravery to face your punishment and your loyalty to the human made me love you even more. When I heard you had ran away I was left heart broken - you didn't even give me a chance. But I decided to make a plan for us, I've built everything, set everything up for us; I have control of the pack, I've got strong loyal wolves and I've made sure we're the strongest pack and that I'm the strongest all for you my female. I can give you the world, I can give you my love and anything else you want but still you don't give me a chance! You would rather love an abusive human than me! What do I have to do to make you love me, tell me Corinna!" he shouts, his words make my wolf whine - she loves him but she knows I won't give him a chance.

"I can't love you" I rasp, feeling my wolf's emotions weigh on me; she's heartbroken because he's heartbroken.

"Why? I will give you anything, just, please, give me a chance" his plea, tugs at my heart - he is exactly like me; we both have loved people who don't want our love, who don't want us.

"You killed Tom. I can't love you after you killed him - the man I love." I answer truthfully but this enrages him.

His eyes show his raging fury, he roars right in my face making my whole body recoil in fear, violent tremors wrack through me as I'm faced with a terrifying Alpha male. His teeth descend and before I can do anything he bites down on my shoulder; marking me.

His bite is so deep into my skin and so forceful a scream tears from my throat, my vision filling with black dots but just as I reach the peak of my pain it morphs into the most intense pleasure I've ever felt. Moans tumble from my throat as my body trembles in pleasure, a pool of desire soaking my panties as Adonis growls, rubbing himself against me still keeping his teeth clamped down on my mark.

I feel the mate bond twisting around us, my mind opening up to his just as his opens to me - all I feel from him is pleasure; both of us riding high. I can't stop moaning from the feel of him, mewling in his ear unable to contain my arousal and my own teeth descend on their own accord, instinct has me scraping my canines against the skin of his neck, pushing my hips against his wanting more of him. He releases my shoulder, tongue gliding over his newly formed mark that has another moan echoing in the room, kissing it softly as I press my teeth where I want his mark, his body stills, breathing heavy; almost panting in my ear.

It's just me moving, grinding into his hardness but just like that I snap out of it, bringing my knee up to hit his maleness that has his hands releasing mine and I shove him back - he looks surprised as he stumbles back, his hands cupping his crotch from my hit but still he looks like he's in a daze of pleasure and desire; his eyes still swirling with blackness in his golden pools.

I storm forward, slapping him across the face "How dare you!" I scream causing him to roar, shaking in fury at my disrespectful display. He grabs me by the waist pressing me to the wall again, his mouth opens and he has his teeth ever s slightly pressing against my throat forcing my head up to tell me he can kill me right now.

"Do not pretend you didn't like it Corinna. I can smell your wet panties, and I definitely heard your moans" he rumbles, moving his mouth to my mark giving it a kiss that has me biting my lip to hold back a moan. "This will be good for us, it's already opened up some of your feelings for me" he says with pride, quickly placing a kiss to my mouth that has me growling at him.

He picks me up by the waist and brings me downstairs with me writhing in his hold "Get off of me you prick!" I snarl, my claws going to scratch him but he restrains my hands easily only frustrating me more. "Brothers!" he calls setting me down in the kitchen as all three of them come in, eyes looking between us and their noses raise in the air "You marked her" Atlas states, "Only marked? It sounded like a lot more" Arion laughs but he comes over patting Adonis on the back "Congratulations brother and welcome to the family Corinna", I stamp my foot and growl my hands going to his chest to push him back but he doesn't budge.

"Do not touch him, I've told you before. I will not tolerate any contact between you and other males, only with your family members. I've let it go on for too long already but now you are mine, only I will touch you my female - understand" Adonis says, standing directly in front of me.

I cross my arms "f**k you" I spit, that has Apollo and Arion barking in laughter "She still doesn't like you brother" Apollo says. In seconds Adonis has me bent over the counter, his hardness pressing into my behind his lips connect to my mark and a moan tumbles from my mouth, my neck angling to give him more access and my ass pushes into him- my body aching for more.

"Are you sure about that?" he responds to his brother "Get off" I pant angrily, hating the affect he has on my body, "Don't be angry my female, just enjoy my touch" he says, spinning me around and pressing me against the fridge, his mouth finding mine igniting sparks throughout my body that has my arms wrapping around his neck, kissing him back desperately, his hardness grinds into me making me release a needy whine.

"No, no, no" I pant "Get off" I say but I keep pressing my lips to his, my arms staying locked around him until I finally gather myself, my hands push his face away from mine until he finally lets me go "Asshole" I growl, a hard shudder going through my body from the intense desire I'm feeling for this male.

He goes to step towards me but I cautiously back up "Stay away Adonis" I snarl, but the pleading tone tells him of my vulnerable state. He sighs standing still "We are going home now my female" he says "Just give me a few minutes to compose myself" I mumble, walking out of the room and rushing upstairs to the closet grabbing an outfit from one of the boxes a wolf is about to tape up. I leave them to pack my belongings and enter the bathroom deciding against a shower I simply splash water on my face, patting it dry afterwards as to not make my makeup run and strip from my clothes I lay on the cold tiles of the floor, needing to cool down after being marked.

He's got me riled up, as soon as a wolf is marked they're driven to complete the bond completely with their mate - normally the whole bond is completed in one night; neither wolf able to restrain themselves. But this is different. Those wolves want to be together, they love each other - we don't, only Adonis does.

He has trapped me.

I can't leave him now he's marked me and eventually our bond will be completed, I can't fight the mate bond now he's marked me; we're connected, the bond has been initiated and will be completed. It will warp my mind into loving him, wanting him and I can't stop it. But I can try. In my heart I know I couldn't let myself love him after he killed Tom, he's taken the love of my life from me - I can't love him.

"Corey?" his voice is outside the door, rage builds inside me - Tom called me that "Do not call me that" I snarl, pulling myself up from the floor and dressing "Is that what the human called you?" he sneers. I growl in response hating what he calls Tom.

Fixing my hair and brushing down my outfit in the mirror I walk to the door, swinging it open where I'm face to face with Adonis "I will call you Rinna, yes." he says testing the name on his tongue whilst I glare at him "No" I state but he ignores my voice, his golden eyes looking at mine which is when I notice the amber flecks he has within them. I tear my eyes away walking down the hallway "My Rin" he says, steps following after me.
