At the tender age of 10, Autumn lost everything she knew and loved - her family, her memories, and almost her own life. Struggling to survive on her own, Autumn can't shake the feeling that something is missing from her life. She's haunted by dreams of wolves and a deep longing she can't explain.

As Autumn turns 16, she finds herself drawn to a remote forest on the edge of town. Without warning, she transforms into a wolf for the first time and trespasses on the land of the Moonlight pack, the most powerful werewolf pack on the continent. What will the cruel Alpha do when he finds a confused wolf pup on his lands with no explanation as to how she got there.

Awakening
I opened my eyes, my body aching and my mind foggy. I couldn't remember how I had gotten here, lying in the middle of a dense forest with nothing but my tattered clothes and a deep sense of unease. As I tried to sit up, I winced in pain and looked down to see a set of wounds, still fresh and bleeding. I didn't remember being injured, but something deep inside me told me that this wasn't the first time I had been hurt like this. Shivering in the cool air, I wrapped my arms around myself and looked around. I was surrounded by towering trees and the distant sound of wolves howling. I felt an overwhelming sense of familiarity and longing, as if I belonged here among the trees and the wolves. I couldn't remember anything about my past, not even my own name. All I knew was that I had been wandering alone for days, surviving on whatever I could find. My hair was long and brown, cascading down my back in a wild tangle. My eyes were a bright blue-green, like the ocean on a sunny day. I was tall for my age, standing at 5'5" with a lean frame. As I tried to stand, the burning sensation in my bones began to grow stronger. It was like something was trying to break free from inside me. And then it happened. With a blinding pain, I felt my body contort and change. My bones elongated, my muscles bulged, and my skin sprouted thick fur. I was no longer a human, but a wolf. In my new form, I felt a sense of power and freedom I had never experienced before. I let out a joyful howl, feeling my voice echo through the forest. I was a white wolf with bright gold eyes. I looked around in wonder and amazement, taking in my new surroundings. I could see and smell things I never knew existed. But my joy was short-lived as I realized I had trespassed on the land of the Moonlight pack, the most powerful werewolf pack on the continent. I had no idea how I had gotten here or who I was. I didn't even know if I was a werewolf or if this was some sort of nightmare. As I tried to navigate my way through the forest, I came across a clearing and saw a group of wolves. They were the Moonlight pack and they were staring at me with interest. The leader of the pack, a handsome and mysterious alpha named Derek, stepped forward and sniffed me. He seemed to recognize my scent and he let out a low growl. "Who are you? What are you doing on our land?" Derek growled. I was at a loss for words, I had no idea what to say. I didn't know who I was or how I had gotten here. I couldn't even remember my own name. "I-I don't know, I can't remember anything. I don't even know if I'm a werewolf or if this is a dream," I stammered, my voice shaking with fear. Derek looked at me with a mix of confusion and concern. He could sense my fear and he knew that I was telling the truth. "Come with me, we'll figure this out together," Derek said as he led me to the pack's den. As I followed him, I couldn't shake off the feeling that I had been here before. I couldn't remember anything about my past, but I knew that this was where I belonged. As I was initiated into the pack, I began to uncover thetruth about my past and my true nature as a werewolf. But I had no idea what a mate was or that werewolves existed. I was confused and scared but at the same time, I felt a sense of belonging. I knew that I had to uncover the truth and find my place in this new world. As I spent more time with the pack, I realized that they were also hiding something from me. I could sense that they knew more about my past than they were letting on. And I knew that I had to find out what it was. I knew that the only way to protect myself and find my place in this world, was to reveal my true self, not just as a werewolf but as a person. I knew that my journey was far from over and that there were many challenges ahead, but for the first time in my life, I felt like I belonged somewhere and that I had a purpose. And I was determined to uncover the truth and find my place in this new world, no matter what it takes.
