Although they were now certain a biological attack was about to take place, the means of delivery were far from clear. Inside the laboratory area of the warehouse, equipment had been discovered which appeared to be for filling pressurised canisters. But as to what type of canisters, or how they were to be used, they had no idea.
Layton and Ron had already established their best next move. It would be to send armed police officers to each of the buildings that De Costa and Roseau’s companies had maintenance contracts for. In addition, they had to search every building De Costa, rented, leased or owned.
