Chapter 41 As day turned to night, the police managed the scenes at each incident. Those within the vicinity of a spraying incident had been immediately treated, and slowly all were being released. Schools and community centers up and down the country were taken over and kitted out as clinics and staffed by members of the military. Despite those that had possibly been infected at the demonstrations had been told to attend the clinics named on the printed cards the next day, many had ignored the instructions, and had headed straight to the nearest A&E.
