When I stepped out into the garage, I felt nervous. I was the one who drove the car that already made me a lot nervous, so I didn’t have time to talk to anyone and calm myself down.
I parked the car in my usual spot. And when the engine shut off, I felt relieved. It felt like I was indeed back to normal.
I released a deep sigh and confidently stepped out of the car. I held my head high and walked towards the elevator. The elevator pinged and the door opened.
I stepped into the elevator but unlike other times, I felt suffocated. I remembered the time when I was tied to the chair and couldn’t do anything about it.
I breathed heavily. I held my throat. I immediately searched for my inhaler and sprayed it in my mouth. I felt a little better but still felt suffocated.
