Ivy’s POV. I walked into my chambers and saw Cora sitting on a chair. She was sleeping. I let a little giggle escape me as I walked towards her and shook her to wake. “Cora,” I said as she looked around in panic. “Lady Ivy! Are you okay? The sun came up and I didn’t know what to do!” Cora exclaimed. “It’s okay, I’m fine, I made it back without dying.” I chuckled. “My lady, you are not wearing the dress you wore when you left?” She asked as she looked at me from head to toe. “Oh, it’s a spare dress that Ivan had gotten for me,” I said. Cora sniffed the air, and then her eyes widened, “My lady! I don’t mean to be nosy, but you smell like a wet dog,” she said, wearing a half smile. I laughed out at her choice of words.
