Ivy’s POV.
I was so excited about having my first date with Ivan that I tossed and turned in my bed. I know the sun was up right now and everyone in Castle Dread was asleep, but I couldn’t sleep. I got up and took a long bath, hoping that would relax me enough to put me to sleep.
Soon enough, I fell asleep after taking that bath. I woke to a knock on my door and lazily got up to open it. Oh god! It was my parents. What now? I thought to myself.
“Ivy, you have slept longer than usual.” My father said.
“Sorry father, I’m not feeling well.” I lied. In all honesty, I was just tired, so I guess that counts for not feeling well.
